I normally support local businesses but my experience today was absolutely horrendous. I ordered rice and beans and oxtail with high expectations since I did order from this establishment before as it is Guyanese owned. As I started to eat I realized that the rice had a weird taste and texture and then I started to examine what exactly I was eating. Lo and behold, the food was spoiled! The rice was literally slimy with an odor emanating from it Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! How can you have spoiled food in your kitchen and then send it out to customers?! My major concern right now is getting food poisoning and I will not take this lightly.
The authorities need to look into such situations and handle reckless food places like yours appropriately!
PS. I also saw on this page another person commented about receiving spoiled food so it’s definitely not the first time this is happening. So legal action will and should be taken!
