I walked in around 1:50 in the afternoon trying to get the midday coffee, and faced one of the worst interactions of all time at any Dunkin ever. As i walked in, there was just one person in front of me in the queue and as expected i was supposed to be taken next as there is no other customer waiting behind me and i was also in a bit of a rush. However the girl at the register randomly just turned off her register and got busy with counting changes or something else on the side without even addressing to wait or that she is doing something else. As i wait there for 2 minutes without any assistance i ask the bengali lady in the front with glasses what could be the hold up, she just goes “WAIT!” Without any follow up or etiquette just yells wait and starts yapping and yelling at her coworkers for supposedly keeping the coffee making station a mess..in bengali.. and complaining and lecturing to them about serving the customers in a bad environment all while she is ignoring the queue and not addressing anyone to take my order or have someone be at the counter while having 3 people working in the front. After about 5 minutes my order gets taken and i had to repeat my order 3 times for the person to get it correct and it seemed as he did not really pay attention to my order or just was too distracted by his manager just yelling and screaming while there are customers which led to him being unresponsive or unapologetic about getting the order wrong as well. At this time the store got really busy and the girl i mentioned in the beginning started taking customers but as clueless as she looked she looked as she didnt wanna be there or wanted to work. Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years. I’ve given this location over 15 years to get it together and I’ve truly had it with them. If it’s not one things it’s always another. I usually always order through the mobile app and when I get there in person, nothing is ever made the way I requested it. When they run out of certain items, they don’t adjust the app accordingly to display which items are available and which are not. If the store hours are 5am-10am and I’m ordering through an app that shows all items are available, I should be able to place an order at any given time of day and receive what I ordered. I placed an order for munchkins and 5:30pm and the store closes at 10pm. I get there and they don’t have any munchkins or donuts available. If the store doesn’t close for another 5 hours, why aren’t more donuts being made? The one most thing the franchise produces, you don’t have any more of? And then have nothing to compensate and refused to provide a refund. Any drink I get is never made to standard or how I requested. Someone is always making a custom made drink how they feel like despite what was ordered. The entire store needs to be packed up and retrained. Cooperate needs to shut this location down. The service is beyond unacceptable at this point. If this was my first time trying Dunkin’ and it was this location, I would never visit another store again if this is what they offer in terms of service and consumer products. Read moreThis is honestly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. If they are not getting your order wrong the staff who speaks minimal English is yelling at you. Every time I come and I work down the block they get my order wrong I find myself having to go 15 minutes away to the next Dunkin’ Donuts in order to be able to get something. The staff does not speak English, And the ones that do have comprehension problems.They can’t even get Mobile orders right and it’s literally written down for them. I just found myself standing in there for over 30 minutes for them to add four pumps of caramel to my coffee and because I was getting irritated the lady decided to ignore me so I had to get back on line FOR FOUR PUMPS OF CARAMEL. and if you express your distaste with the service they ignore you.
