Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The girl working here at 5:40pm on 4/20/25, working was very unhelpful and rude. I could not find any mobile pick up area, so I asked her she just pointed and said it's over there. I went back to the area but don't see anything. She just repeated "it's over there" and makes no effort to pass the drink to me. After looking around some more, I found it hidden behind some straws inside the employee area and had to kneel forward into the area to grab my drink. Hated the whole experience, she should not be working here if she does not want to do the bare minimum of helping out a customer. It's worst than other Dunkin...

The girl with a hijab by the counter was rude and nasty I ask her a simple question to use the bathroom if it is possible the way she answered me was nasty I thought she was gonna slap me. I am supposed to meet with my co-worker to have a meal there I had to call him and told him better for us to go somewhere else! Looks. like shes getting forced to work there they should give more training to they workers .without customers you have no check to take home girl.treat people how you wanted to be treated .rerrible service! I don't recommend this place.to anyone never going back...

Placed a mobile order for 2:15pm. Walked in at 2:14, guy who handles the drinks said medium coffee, no name and handed to this guy leaving. The guy leaving gave it to a homeless man. I asked is my drink ready? He said what’s your name? I said Kaila, he said there’s an order here for Delz. I said my order was placed here. Tried showing the man and he denied to look at the phone and told me to stand online and reorder. I walked out and saw the homeless man passing by me and he has my drink with my name on it… never going here again. Extremely slow and terrible...
