The owners do not care about the art community, the artists, or art. They constantly undermined the community by doubling rents, selling off equipment without notice, and failing to provide promised amenities. Most Recently, they sold off all of the ceramics equipment without giving notice to the resident potters, and conveniently timed the sale after rent has been paid.
