This is the worst Dunkin I've ever seen, and it's so cheap. There is a Bengali woman who works in the afternoon who enjoys arguing. Her go-to phrase be like “I working here for three years and never made mistake, can't make mistakes, it's impossible," and she uses it constantly. So on 11/14 Monday afternoon, I went there and ordered a Medium latte with less ice and an egg n cheese, and when I saw the latte, it literally looked like a coffee, and I forgot to take a picture because of her attitude and argument. I was like, okay, I get this every day, so sometimes it's machine prb or something, so I asked her nicely, 'Can you make a new one cuz it doesn't look like a latte, it looks like a reg iced coffee?' omg, she exclaimed loudly, "You can't waste this, everything is so expensive, and you have to pay." I'm like, "I don't have to pay because you didn't make it right or machine prb I'm not taking it omg she's like, "she doesn't understand English, I always make it right," I was so mad and but then I am like why I am even wasting my time for this cheap and low mentality people who barely can pronounce coffee barely anything else and was talking a student like that so….. the fun part is she didn’t make my sandwich order cus she was so busy dealing with arguing that she dint' make it for at least 10 minutes. I'm like, these are very law class people, and I'm like, this is just a waste of my time because those people were born to argue, and that's it and I stopped going back. As many others have mentioned employees are incredibly rude and more interested in chatting on their Bluetooth headsets and hiding where customers can't see them than making food and drinks.
We ordered drinks and 7 orders of hash browns through the app. We picked up the food and found 7 orders of soggy hash browns all stuck together. Obviously cooked in a huge pile as some were still cold and wet. We also found 3 meager packets of ketchup. Every other location we've visited gives a sensible 1 ketchup per order of hash browns. Thinking this was a fair enough ask my wife asked for more ketchup. She was handed 2 individual packets. I went to ask. I asked for "a few more packets" and the guy scoffed, grabbed a single lonely packet and dropped it in my hand then turned away to hide again. I specifically called out and asked for two more packets to which he begrudgingly grabbed and handed to me while glaring me in the eyes and mumbled "no more". Keep in mind while this was unfolding three other customers we're sadly receiving the same unfriendly and strange service. You could feel the happiness being sucked out of the room.
I don't know what kind of directive has been given at this location but we've never had any issues at any other location getting a reasonable amount of condiments or asking for more if needed. It seems their goal is to drive business away and avoid repeat customers at all costs.

I went to pick them up and was told they didn’t have any munchkins left but could give me 2 dozen donuts since the price comes out to about the same. I was going to an event with over 50 children- 2 dz donuts wasn’t going to cut it. I requested a refund. They refused and told me I need to call the app. I contact the app and was told that this particular store is independently owned and that the store itself had to give the refund to me. I went back to the store and they told me the manager is the only one authorized to give me a refund. I came back today, a few days later, and went to request my refund. The cashier told me that the manager wasn’t here and that the app is in charge of refunds not the store. I explained what the app had told me. They offered to give me the 100 munchkins today. I told them my event was 3 days ago and didn’t need 100 munchkins today. If the store doesn’t have what you need they shouldn’t let you place the order. (Just the way Starbucks works) Anyways, they insisted that the manager had to authorize the refund. I told them to call the manager and have her authorize it over the phone. After going back and forth I finally got my refund. So disheartening. I live just a few blocks away and I will NOT be visiting this...
