Updated: We have been coming here for over 15 yrs i would say. And today was a sad day as the serivice here has declined TREMENDOUSLY. You could count on attentive, friendly and fast service. That seems to be a thing of the past. First it seemed our waiter couldn't fully understand us. Orders had to be repeated to him several times. We had to check on dishes numerous times because we weren't getting them. One of our apps didn't come until we had our main course. They were initially trying to convince us it had already been delivered and this seemed to be the theme for the evening. I'm not sure if they were short a bartender because drinks were also arriving late and were inconsistent. Mai Tais were weak and watered down but the lychee martinis (which used to be one of the best) were way too strong and not tasty at all. If they were strong but tasty I don't mind. Now if this all happened while they were busy it would make sense but, it wasn't close to that when we arrived. Things didn't pick up until after we were close to leaving. Now they were slow on service ALL night and we spent an obscene amt of money and when it was time to pay, that is when they wanted to rush us out. Comical! It makes me sad because this was one of the few spots we KNEW we could count on for service and food and it just is not worth it anymore. Things were so bad we thought it HAD to be new managemwnt until we saw Mr. Sai was still there. So unfortunately, we definitely will have to look for a new Thai spot and not be coming back. ----‐----------------------------------------------------------- Our waitress was great and anticipated what we need before we said anything. Food is always good here and the cocktails are tasty but strong. I haven't had a drink or meal off of the menu that i did not like.

I visited this restaurant with a some friends and ordered the pad kee mao, which was tasty by the way and my friends got another noodle dish. To begin with, I was annoyed due to the staff not being very attentive and lacking to first introduce themselves and aid with helping order from the menu and recommend food when I asked what they recommended off the menu. As well, we ordered two appetizers and my friend did not read the full extent of what was in the dumplings and it was not mentioned either to us by our waitress that most of the food had peanuts or was made around such a common allergen. I am aware that she did not look into it enough, but to our surprise the waitress never even asked about allergies in the first place and when we received the appetizers I ordered it was evident that it was in it thankfully, because my friend would’ve eaten that as I ordered it for the table. Later on, I ate and when I was ready to pay, we asked for the bill. As I got the bill, I put my discover card down and again another downer, they did not take discover at such a popular restaurant. I hardly just turned 20 and literally only have a discover card and a chase debit card. I paid with the other, not as happy of course, and left my gratuity separately from the others in my party. I left enough for my food and what I ordered and gave what I believed to be enough for the service I received. My friends left their tip separately and paid, and I honestly had no idea what there resulting bill would like like after added gratuity. As we left the restaurant and made our way to the door, the waitress asked if everything was “okay” because of the way the gratuity was added and how it was “too low.” I understand that of course being a good tipper and giving for the service you received is very important, but even if others in my party chose not to follow this, I should not have been singled out and scolded and even publicly humiliated and ridiculed with others eating around us. I have visited many restaurants and not one comes to as close as the bad experience I had here. Gratuity honestly is up the person and if you would like to scold others for that, then make it a mandatory tip added to every bill instead of ridiculing others. I will never be returning here and I hope this helps realize how unprofessional and degrading...

Title: A Remarkable Thai Culinary Journey with Exceptional Service

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Thai restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening.

The star of the evening was, without a doubt, our server. His charisma and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. He was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly personable, making us feel right at home. He offered fantastic recommendations, explaining the flavors and ingredients in each dish, which helped us make our selections.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was well above reproach, surpassing all expectations. The flavors were an explosion of authenticity and freshness, a true delight for the taste buds. We started with the Tom Yum soup, a perfect balance of spiciness and sourness, and it set the stage for what was to come.

For our main courses, we tried the Pad Thai and the Green Curry. The Pad Thai was a revelation, with the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and nutty flavors. The Green Curry was a masterpiece in itself, with just the right level of spice and a creamy coconut base that was irresistible.

Dessert was the perfect way to end our Thai culinary journey. The mango sticky rice was a sweet and luscious finale, leaving a lasting impression.

In summary, this Thai restaurant offers a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. With a server who is both charismatic and knowledgeable, and food that is well above reproach, this place deserves the highest praise. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and delightful Thai cuisine experience. I can't wait to return for more delectable dishes and...
