Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Ive been going here multiple times and each time the service has been sub par. I went today for the new strawberry daydream refresher, mind you this is my new favorite drink so I've gotten it multiple times. I ordered it and say the woman on till put it in wrong and I said hey just wanna make sure its the STRAWBERRY DAYDREAM REFRESHER. She was kinda brushing me off so I was just like ill hope for the best. Im watching her making it knowing its wrong and when she finally handed it to me I looked her and was like hey I wanted the strawberry daydream refresher and she insisted thats what it was and I told her no because its comes with cold form and oat milk. Mind you its already filled to the brim so she dumps a little out but a splash of oat milk and the littlest bit of cold foam. MIND YOU IT WAS A GREEN TEA BASE. I took the drink and looked at it knowing it was not what its supposed to be and I looked at her because she kept laughing like im doing something wrong when mind you this is not the drink and kept insisting I try it. She also forgot my munchkin and when I reminded her she looked at me as wasn't going yo get it until I looked at the manager and she finally went to get it not even asking what I want. Firstly, I really wish i could give zero stars. The cashier guy was being racist since I had my hijab and abaya. I had to wait for 10-12mins just to grab some munchkins. And I ordered a wrap with only EGG AND CHEESE. The guy he repeated ten times no meat right ? And I kept saying yes. No meat at all. Because of-course religious belief. And then there the lady preps the order. She sees me in hijab and abaya and still gives the wrap with pork in it. I didn’t notice then and half way on my way While I opened the pack. There was meat. I touched it to make sure and YES IT WAS PORK. As frustrating and blood boiling this is. I had to go back and say it and guess what. THE GUY WAS LAUGHING. I MEAN WHAT THE HELL IS THIS BEHAVIOUR? Racism and giving a Muslim woman PORK ????? DISGUSTING. I would rather starve then go to dunkin ever again....

I give them two stars because i ordered on the Dunkin app, went to pick up my food with no issues. I received everything in my order and went home to enjoy breakfast. I couldn't enjoy burned, inedible food. Ordered 2 egg and cheese breakfast wraps burned to a crisp and they still served it to me, probably thinking I wouldn't return to complain. The sausage in my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was tough and the eggs overcooked. I had to get up and walk back to the store to have it remade. It was slightly better the second time though the eggs were still overcooked. My vanilla spice latte was the only thing that was somewhat decent on the first try. I dont know how they are being trained but they need major improvement. At the very least have the knowledge of not serving burned...
