I love Ideal. It's been my go-to since 2013. I had to help a fellow sweet tea drinker. She, like me, had an anxiety attack when all the tea said BLACK tea. I had to show her to ignore the marketing Mistake. As long as the ingredients read Black tea&Orange pekoe, then you are getting the original. Black tea alone is a curse. Orange pekoe leaves don't taste like Orange. It simply gives it a mahogany strength after taste. Now I am happy that Ideal takes tea seriously. They only have my business because of the correct tea bag. And they take my Health first Otc&no limit on non-grocery items. I can get whatever I want. But not all cards. Best to call customer service before going. They carry chocolate milk that's so creamy and thick Whole milk. Beautiful meat and veggie display. Efficient freezers for microwave and or oven food. Ice cream freezers are much better. And don't forget the lovely deli 0on your right. Just give them your order, and pick it up on your way out. This place is horrible. Their ice creams are melted then put on the shelves for purchase. When you open them half of the ice cream is missing and you can tell they tried to refreeze. The manager Pedro is untrustworthy. If you go to register and the price shows up wrong if they go to check make sure you go with them because they will switch the price on the shelf and then tell you the register shows the right price. I just had this done to me by the manager Pedro and the freezer guy. I had to take icecream back to the store for refund. Make sure you check the prices for yourself take a picture or something which you shouldn't have to do but to be safe. I was really insulted when they did the switcharoo on me. The item posted on register $1 more than what was posted. If Pedro would do that for $1 what else would they do. I have made a complaint with the Public Advocate, BBB and so on. I shouldn't have to deal with this when I spend my hard earn green dollars in this establishment. Yeah you may say go somewhere else but why should I. I should be able to shop wherever I want and not have to be treated any...

I went in this establishment at 12:50 to use my WIC checks. After getting my items I noticed that they only had 2 lines open Items 10 or less and a regular line but both lines stayed no WIC on these lines. I then went looking for a manager to complain about this and was told that he was out to lunch and I had to wait 10 minutes. I went back to see if both lines still had signs staying no WIC and low and behold a 3rd cashier had open. I proceeded to wait on the line and when it was my turn the cashier stated to me that 2 of my Items I could not get which was the Welches concentrated juice. I explained to the cashier that in the WIC hand book it states that I could get any flavor Welches brand. She stated to me that I could only get Tropicana brand juice. I then stated to her no that is not right. In then let her know give me back my WIC checks that I will report their store because what they were doing was wrong. I wasted a whole hour in that store just to be turned down. And a manager never came to see what the issue was. They need not to be accepting WIC if they are not following the WIC guide...
