Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This mess!!! I arrived on Sunday and ordered coffee. Warned that only with almond milk. But they poured me the usual. I always watch this very carefully. I said that people can have severe allergies and sometimes order almond milk for health reasons. Three young girls chatted among themselves for a long time and did not pay attention to me. Then they began to convince me that it's okay, milk is like milk. I have been buying coffee here for many years because it is convenient for me, but now I understand that they do not care, they can kill an allergic person and will continue to giggle. I did not take the paid purchase, I can not take such risks. You should hold a lecture with your employees and explain to them what the consequences can be if an allergic person is given something to drink that he cannot. We need to tell them how many people in the world and in the US are constantly dying from allergies. This is irresponsibility. A man at a gas station buys coffee and drives! And goes to the track! Who will help him if something happens? I would urge everyone who reacted to deal with each case and sue. Proof of payment...

This Dunkin is horrible. Me and my friends went here on National Donut Day to get a free donut with a drink, and we still ended up having to pay for the donuts. They purposefully did not give us our receipts so we would not know that we paid for the donuts. The drinks were also very poor and my friend had to wait TWENTY MINUTES for a simple lemonade just because one lady put their order wrong then ended their shift without saying a word. When my friend asked one of the workers when their drink was going to be made, one of them replied with that they did not know how to make lemonade even though there is nothing to be made. At last my friend got their drink all for it to be a frozen lemonade and not a regular one, my friend told the worker they got the wrong drink but the worker replied in a nasty attitude stating, “Why not just try a new drink?” instead of going to make my friend the drink they wanted. What a rip off...

See I would have given this place a 5-star rating but I only gave it a 4-star rating only because of how busy it is in the mornings and the line still seem to go pretty fast but like I said the only reason why I didn't give it a 5-star rating was simply because of how long the lines are only because of the coffee and the doughnuts and the food are so delicious that this is basically the only place in Sheepshead Bay where I would go to get Dunkin Donuts out of all the franchises that they have here and Sheepshead Bay or as a matter of fact I don't even have to say probably outside of even Sheepshead Bay that this is by far the cleanest and best service Dunkin Donuts...
