Peraltas Deli & Grill Food & Groceries — Restaurant in New York

This place used to be good but I received a plate today that was ridiculous. First I call after receiving it to say it’s burnt she told me it’s too busy and she would call back. For 15min I’m waiting; hungry from work I ate all the bits of the steak that weren’t burnt. She informed there’s nothing she can do she can’t send another person to deliver and can issue a credit. Ten minutes later she calls she needs a picture so i send her a photo of the burnt steak. She tells me it’s not burned and if i wanted it less cooked I should’ve said that. The steak is thin as is and it’s BLACK AND DRY. IT WAS BURNT. But because I suffered thru eating half of the steak and was told AFTER to send a photo. A credit couldn’t be issued. Absolutely shitty customer service to just be brushed off with “I was busy”. So while ur busy, and I’m waiting with food wrong in front of me I need to be on ur time for a service and food I’m paying for. Don’t waste ur money here; the portions went significantly...

So this the story I was just buying chocolate and another chocolate for a friends and then I got a call from my mom I went outside put the chocolate bar in the shelf and then went outside called and I answered my mom and then some with Lady came outside said if you don't put the whenever back I'm going to call the cops even though put it back in front of her freaking face and then my mom overheard it made me go back to the store one of my friends booked off because he didn't want to get involved I don't blame them so I exchanged them I expected my mom was happening and then I you ask the old lady to her it was a misunderstanding she said no and I was a bra so I said my side of the story and saying she was not smart. And. She should I had 3 dollars, and I was buying like a chocolate bar and a toy for a friend and she thought I had 3$ but I had 8$ so she did't saw I had a 5$...

My family decided to get chicharron quesadillas. When we finally got home to eat them, they were extremely bland. The sauce was way too spicy for us to eat, the chicharron was unflavored and topped with lettuce and some kind of white sauce. My mom found a bug in her quesadilla, which caused us to just… cut our losses and throw them away.
