WOW Cafe — Restaurant in New York

The place itself is pretty nice, they kept it relatively warm the whole time we were dining here. However the service here is absolutely ATROCIOUS. If you enjoy good service and attention, this is not the place for you. The staff doesn't seem to care about anything, not even their own customers. Everyone is just scrolling on their phone. Not once has someone came up to the table to check if we need anything extra or if everything is okay. The food literally took over an hour to come. Why? They never even said why. When I asked how long they said 5 minutes and someone in the back made a snarky comment in Russian saying "tell him a minute and 30 seconds" yet 10 minutes later no food.

Also, we tried ordering eggs for someone at the table on a diet and they said no because it's after 5, yet we were ordering at 5:04pm.

My wife ordered a burger with an EGG in it. They can make that but not the other egg order? We were told because it's less money for the breakfast menu they can't do it.

Absolutely zero class from this place. Not sure how long it's been around but it definitely won't survive long being like this.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the business you're in. You're not just in the business of making money.

As I sit here typing this, I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment. I used to enjoy frequenting here and our friends using them for catering and events... but.. NEVER AGAIN. My mother called them almost a week before to make reservations for 12 people for her birthday. They just called her and told her that they can’t take her reservation anymore because they need to accommodate a larger party. They said that they paid half of the money upfront and there is nothing they can do. I understand from a $$$ standpoint, but in terms of customer service?? This is ridiculous. They said that the party was planned a while ago and they added more people last minute. So if you know this.. why not make us aware of this when we were making reservations then call the party and ask for the final headcount. Then they could have told us yes or no. They are greedy and now we must find last minute reservations right before the holidays. Beware if you are booking with them. They lost good patrons and friends of...

This review is long overdue! A few weeks ago, while attending Kingsborough Community College, I had a craving for steak and discovered Wow Bistro as the closest spot that caught my interest. Instead of studying in the campus library, I decided to do my homework here, and it turned out to be quite the experience—who needs a library when you can dive into a ribeye steak while working? Haha!

The atmosphere was very relaxing, making it easy to focus on my studies while enjoying my meal. I ordered the ribeye steak, and though I can’t remember the name of the side dish, it had an incredible texture—something with potatoes that was absolutely delicious.

The service was fantastic, and the staff treated me wonderfully throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great experience with no complaints....
