My NEW Experience: As you can see from "My OLD experience" posted few years ago, I wasn't very happy about this DD. But my NEW experience has been completely the opposite, and it is actually so good that I felt that I am obligated to update my new rating, and that is not a easy task for someone who does not like to write. Long story short, they had a new team in place, and they really care about the customers, they are friendly, respectable, drinks and food was prepared excellently. I once did a app order and sent it to the wrong DD (stupid mistake, totally my fault) and they still accommodated me without hesitation! PS. I don't usually write, but this place is great... can I add another star?
My OLD experience: Walked in after gym to get a big n toasted, most employees were chatting and laughing. Stand at the counter for nearly 2 min for someone to finally show up to take my order.....and of course she had to ask me 3 times what I wanted because she was still talking to her friend at the side..... Waited at pickup for my order, minutes later.....cook didn't even know that I HAD an order... While still waiting, witnessed a little girl slipped on the watery floor, right next to it there is a yellow wet floor sign. (I thought the wet floor sign is supposed to be used AFTER you wipe the floor, NOT as an excuse to NOT mop the floor, maybe that's just me), a lady told the cook about the water and a girl just slipped, but the cook was busy cooking while the other 4-5 employees were still chatting and laughing with the boss or manager. Finally got my order, and it got me thinking, what if that was a 82 years old elderly that slipped........

Read moreJust made a visit around 5:30pm for some coffee and donuts. The lady that took my order did not let me finish and she went off making the coffee, when I had more orders. Then I look up and saw a deal for medium hot coffee, so I immediately wanted to change my order before she brings one of the coffee. As she came back to the register, I said, "I am sorry but can I change this order to the medium size?" Her response was, "Huh? and all confused. So I tried to explain that I didn't see the offer at first but if she could change my order to the medium size instead of the small size. She starts saying how it's only for Dunkin member perks. So I said, well I am a member of the app. As soon she saw me pulling out my phone, she says "Oh we are done with medium size coffee for today. You come tomorrow." Like what? LOL how does that happen so quickly? Anyway, then I said ok I would like to finish with the rest of my order. I said I would like another coffee and pointed her towards the donuts. I said, "I would like a one stick donut". Keep in mind, there were no labels underneath that specific donut. She was like, "Huh? you want 6 donuts?" And her voice started to almost get loud and with an attitude. That's when I said, "NO I want 1 (with hand gestures) long stick donuts." She kept being so confused and said well you could have said you wanted Glazed stick donut. (with an ATTITUDE)" I was shocked!!!! Then I took my order and told her that she needs to learn how to behave with manners at public work place. That's when her face went down. If any of the managers or owners of this Dunkin is reading this, I highly suggest you train your staffs very well. Because a good customer service will get your business...
Read moreFerdous was disrespectful,, tried to throw us out, in the snow storm, telling us we can't stay, while we are Still ordering more items, not letting us complete our order, not listening, no line and no customers initially! He continued to be dishonest, saying he is closing (right now), and then later was caught in the lie, because it was about 4:36 pm and he confessed he was closing, really, at 6:30 pm. Then he started to give us a hard time, saying his boss is watching him on the camera and "to order to go, on the app," AFTER saying he can take our order! This is called "adding insult to injury" (more insults). This is one of the worst Experiences in over 10 years with Dunkin Donuts. We have to warn our friends and family about this dangerous employee, making us WORRY he will spit in the drinks! (If he can behave this unprofessional and humiliate us) By the time he finished making the Drink, another 3 customers came in, disrespecting and humiliating and embarrassing us, In front of 4 other customers (including my relative) giving us a hard time. We support your local business and could have gone straight home safely, but instead, we came to Dunkin Donuts, hoping for the usual, great Employess and workers, who are very different, professional, they smile, say thank you and please, with respect, making it "fun" and enjoyable, wanting you to come back Ferdous, sent us a clear message, he does not want us to come back!!!!
