Sizzle Falafel & Shawarma Bar Glatt Kosher — Restaurant in New York

Long story short, I placed an order, I paid & left. Forget the fact this place is charging $20+ for a pita & drink (total rip off) the fact that I called this place back and told them half my pita was empty the guy in the picture said I don't know what I'm talking about and gave me an attitude saying "what should I do about it". After arguing on the phone for about 10mins cause I had no way to prove over the phone what I was given. I actually drove back to the location and showed him what was left of my half filled pita since he said I was lying and full of shit on the call.. he started giving me an attitude and yelling saying that I played with the food and he knows what he put in the sandwich. His exact words in Hebrew, "You're a liar, you messed with the food. Get out of here and don't come back again". Clearly if you don't record yourself unwrapping the food he will call you a liar and clearly he was never taught that the customer is always right. He stood there arguing with me saying I took out all the meat and trying to "rob" him. He actually thought I took the time out of my day to "mess" with the food I was served. I'm baffled that with all the recent anti-semitism now I need to be worried about being robbed by my neighborhood shawarma spot and be called a liar when I say something about it. This man should not be left to run this place with no experience on how to deal with customers, negative 5 stars from me ! On a side note there was a hair in my side salad but he said I planted that there as well, what would you have done in this situation where you complain to the person managing the place and he tells you to get lost and not come back cause he's CERTAIN you're...

I'm not Jewish, but I support and eat at kosher restaurants because I’m Muslim . This place is great and the food is delicious. Although the place is small, it more than makes up for it with customer service and great tasting food. The pace is extremely clean. The French fries were crisp with just the right amount of seasoning. I ended up with a falafel with French fries and a soda. There wasn't a limit on the toppings on my falafel either.Everything was made fresh. Unlike other places, it’s cooked in front of you.They do have takeout also and keep late hours.
