Don’t waste your money at this so called flower shop! Total scam and rip off! Blue roses majestic $150. My flowers were left on the floor of my apartment building with no water for hours. There was no attempt to call me or notify me of the delivery. I was home all day long. Not only were they left on the floor, they were basically almost dead and dry.

Once I took the flowers inside and tried to unwrap them I noticed a foul, nasty, rotten smell, total opposite of what flowers should smell like. Then I notice the flowers had MOLD all over them. I was so shocked and disappointed. What respectable business actually sends this to customers?! Do they even check what they send out?!

I tried to email and contact the shop nonstop for either a full refund or they could offer to replace the roses. They purposely ignored all my calls and e-mail. No call back email, absolutely NO customer service. It’s not about the money, it was my 6 year anniversary flower surprise, totally ruined. It’s sad and disgusting that they are in the flower business and treat these special occasions like it’s nothing! A shame and totally RUINED it! This place has a take it leave it attitude. Placed an order over the phone and went to the store to confirm the order and pay onlu to find they had no idea about the order. So I didn't think it was a big deal and just placed the order again and scheduled to pick it up in 3 days. When I went to pick up the flowers, again they had no idea what I was talking about. As I showed them the card with the order and record of payment, they said they didn't have my flowers in the color I requested so I would have to pick from what was on hand. I couldn't believe it. The shop worker said that if I didn't like that I could have my money back. Giving my money back really wasn't the issue. It was the fact that I had preordered, verified and paid for the item only to find that they didn't follow through. They had absolutely no apologies and no consideration for not having fulfilled the order and their simple solution to the issue was to refund the money.
