Latin girl I got as cashier today had the worst attitude in the world - I usually get USD$100 - USD$150 orders for work in various locations... but I will not be returning to this specific location just because of this worker -
First she gives you an attitude from the minute she starts taking your order... and made me repeat the order like three times
WHILE taking my order, she started taking another order for a friend on the next register without having finished with me (not even an excuse me, BRB, nothing) and then came back to me to finish taking my order...
When she hands me the bag with the cheddar twists I ordered I ask her to please warm them up since they were sort of going stale (they always warm up provided pastries when they aren't fresh) and the lady proceeds to leave my bag with twists next to her register, she finishes processing my payment and continues taking other orders still leaving the my twists unattended... does not even put them in the oven as requested 😂
At this point I'm already annoyed because it's pretty clear the girl has some issues...
When my order started coming out I start getting everything in separate paper bags so, since the order has food and drinks for 10 people I obviously asked for it to be packed as usual because obviously, I cannot take food for 10 people + the box of hot chocolate and cups without any bags... THE CASHIER PROCEEDS TO THROW A BAG ON TOP OF THE FOOD FOR ME TO PACK IT because "they never pack orders for anybody - just for UBER 😂"
This after her coworker had just packed a smaller order for another client in line before me!
When I told her that was not true and she realized she was probably making no sense at all, she then started giving me tips on how to pack the order for 10 people myself so that the bag she gave me did not break - and finally offered to help packing it 😂 which of course, at this point I obviously DECLINED.

Read moreI went to the store this morning to get my usual bagel twist and coffee. The lady on the register who made my coffee was nice and polite. The so called female manager on other hand was rude, nasty, lack manners and very unprofessional. The manager heated up my bagel without wearing gloves after seeing her rubbing her nose and taking something out of her nose with her bear hand. She then put the bagel in a brown bag without wraping it first. This was done again with wearing glove. When I confronted her about it, she was very defensive telling me this is how we do it here. I told her that I come to the store often when I'm around and this is my first time of seen this type of act. She then said to me that she's the manager and she's never seeing me in the store before. She continued to argue with me while rolling her eyes at me. At some point she rudely asked me if I was still talking. I demanded for my money back and walked out of the store. I have had other complained about the manager and poor customer service, but I continued to go there because I've never experienced it.
