I had placed a ordered online and this location was automatically assigned to me. I waited more than a hour for my order to then receive a call from the driver saying that he couldn’t deliver to my address and that he would call me back. I waited an additional 30 minutes and got no call back so i called the store 5 times and waited on the phone more than 2 hours and no one picked up. I called one last time but this time in Spanish and this time someone answered and the person i spoke to told me she didn't understand why the driver couldn't deliver to me if that was the assigned store to my area. She said she left a complaint and the manager would call me in 10 minutes but i never received a call at all. Here i am 3 weeks later still trying to get my money back and have still not been able to get a hold of the store manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Horrible service! Such a headache...

Called the location and after holding for 20 minutes, was told to come back and they would give me the correct pizza. When I got there they had a pizza ready but it was a different crust than I had ordered. This after me having to get dressed again and walking several blocks just to deal with this. Cue the argument where the manager dude tells me it's closing time and that's all he has, and that I should be grateful because what he's giving me is more expensive. I don't give AF if it's more expensive. I want what I ordered. Haven't ordered from this place in years for similar experiences in the past. Thought I'd give it another shot....

I explained that just like me wanting flats only there are customers who want drums only. And where are the other customers???
