Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The manager is the best... I keep comming back because hes always so nice and loves his customers.. Most of the women in there are great but Saturday i stopped by since i moved to queens just to say hi and grab a coffee and there was a new woman in there light skinned younger indian woman and at first she was nice but didnt understand my order. I ordered my coffee on the app but decided to get food while i was there and she got super nasty like repeatedly where i ended up telling her to not even talk to me and asking the older darker skinned woman if she could make my sandwich even though she was sweeping. She had no problem understanding me and making it she even had to tell the other woman to stop because she kept saying ride things.. I was ready to jump over the counter.. I wont go there if this woman is working there. ive never had such an unpleasant...

I’ve been going to this dunkin location for 3 years already and today i got a really bad experience. My husband work in the morning and today he got me in the morning a cup from the Valentine’s edition in this location. This afternoon like around 3 pm i went to get something to drink and i give the lady my cup so she can put my beverage in there right she accused me of stealing the cup and the after she realized i was upset and the cup was used she apologized i think is really the needs to be more careful in that sence because she really make me feel uncomfortable in front of all...

Customer service goes a long way. I ordered a hot tea and a cup was scorching. They don’t have the cardboard slips to put around the cup. I asked for an extra cup because it was too hot to hold and I was told no. I’m unsure if they are Told they cannot do this… But I would rather just go to Starbucks if they can’t spare an extra cup because the contents is hot. The bagel also tasted terrible.
