Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Place sucks. Puts your doughnuts upside so they melt. Rude and unprofessional when i told them three times put whipped cream and they didnt and i told them i asked and they said no i didnt and THEN said "the customer is always right". Very condescending. Man who works there said that and also wears a hairnet as a hat and not even covering his whole hair. No refreshers so i got a lemonade with normal amount of sugar and tasted like straight up lemon juice. No sugar. No water. Straight up lemon juice. absolutely disgusting. This dunkin completely went done hill. This place was run by amazing employees many years ago and now it’s a lost cause. This young black girl now working on the cashier is absolutely disgusting, she pulls out and uses her phone when there are customers coming into the store and trying to order. While I was trying to order she was on her phone for about 2 minutes before she even realized I was there staring directly at her to get her attention! Before writing review, I read the reviews already. This place is actually busy. Crew Members are trying to do best for customers. During waiting in the line, I observed some customers change their mind, some customer needs whip cream after crew asking several times before closing order and also order hot coffee and asking for ice coffee. I saw an old lady come to this store and she doesn’t know what’s she looking for in her coffee cup. They made several times her coffee to have her taste. These type of customers make them slow.
