Store did not have the item I wanted (one dozen donuts), which is understandable, but they took so long to make my medium hot latte. I used the Dunkin’ App to order a drink for myself and donuts for a family reunion on my way home from work. As soon as I got there I was expecting my order to be prepared or at least in the process of being prepared, but there was nothing. I had to go up to the cashier to get her attention, which took awhile because they were in the back doing something. Then, I informed the cashier that I placed an order through the Dunkin’ App, which is when she looked at the machine and saw my order. It’s unbelievable that they did not see my order. The cashier then proceed and informed me that they did not have donuts. Both she and I did not know what to do in that situation. Another cashier then told me I could come and pick up the donuts tomorrow, but the problem is that I am a student. I have school tomorrow and I only work on Sundays, which is the day I placed the order. Apparently, she did not understand because she still insisted that I come back and did not give me a refund. I told her to write her name on my receipt, but I blacked out her name because I do not want share it to protect her privacy. (Check picture) I would not recommend going here because the service is slow. The only reason I use the app is to order things when I’m in a go. It is the responsibility of the employees to check their machines to see if there are any incoming orders from customers. I have gone to numerous places Dunkin Donuts locations and this has not happened to me. I’m am currently contacting Dunkin Donuts Customer Service. Update: The manager did reach out to me by sending an email and calling me. The problem was resolved and I even received an extra dount, but I would be careful about ordering dounts on the Dunkin' App. I would actually recommend going to the location and seeing the donuts that specific location...
Read moreI BELIEVE TODAY WAS MY LAST VISIT AT THIS LOCATION!
DEAR MANAGEMENT! Please be aware that new employees that were recently hired are top rudest I have ever seen across the USA.
I stopped by this location a lot of times since I live nearby. They used to messed up my orders so many times. They had forgotten to put right ingredients or they added what was asked to be NOT. However any time they did a mistake with my order, they apologized and remade a new one. So I kept coming there, we all are people, we might make a mistake.
Today was just a horrible scene there. I am not sure about a full story, but they messed up another customer drink. Lady nicely asked them either to replace or refund. She was super polite. But the employee by the register, young man wasn't. He was extremely rude, impatient, impulsive, impolite and just nothing close how the customer service representative should appear. He didn't listen. He was just stubborn and rude. He said to lady which was a customer to come back next day. She said that their is no sense, she doesn't live nearby. She asked again of 2 options- refund or refill. She was talking to man for about 15 minutes. And he just turned his back on her. HEY PEOPLE, HOW ABOUT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?
If you are in a customer service department you should approach people nicely! This behavior is inacceptable! Shame on such an employees! Shame on manager if they do not work with your personal on a...

OK so guess what they put ice in the tea OK no big deal ..Then the tuna problem I was told "NO KNIFE TO CUT THE BAGEL".. while I tried to explain that there was a knife right on the shelf ..I was told that they couldn't use that one...What they don't have soap and water they don't rinse things off ...They needed a plastic knife which they don't have...WHAT...? Then the manager copped an attitude "WHAT DO YOU WANT" "WE DON'T HAVE THE KNIFE THEY WILL BE HERE LATER...WHAT...? They do make a lot of mistakes which I try to over look...I said no problem I make sure you have knifes today ..and represent the Dunkin Donuts brand...
