Title: Latte coffee tasted like dishwashing soap?

I went to use the Rewards and Offers and chose the get Donut for $1 if you buy a Med or Lrg Coffee so I ordered the Latte and a glazed donut. An older man viewed the cart and I stated the donut was coming up at $1.79. He said, okay, no worries, I'll deduct the $0.79, is okay. Then I showed the same cart to another lady attendant and she was so rude, she stated it does not work with Latte. So I pulled the Terms and Condition and it does not state anything about Latte. She claimed oh yes, you cannot get it because the Latte includes a shot of expresso. The terms and conditions does not mension the exception to Latte it does exclude Expresso (name of coffee) and Iced Coffee type and another type. I tried to fight the battled but she mumbled something to the other employee in her language and she went to prepare the Latte; which already paid with the app. I asked for Almond milk but I don't know if she did. It was foamy and hot.

So I leave the venue and started drinking it. I don't know what milk or what was in it but it tasted like Dawn soap. I started getting stomach pains as I got home, and threw the coffee out, full cup. Why did it taste like soap? My stomach got so inflated. Had to take something alleviate it. I'm not mad but honestly, all I really wanted was the donut; and I threw away a $5.00 coffee which kind sucks since I could not enjoy the coffee. Bad service and rude.

My suggestion, taste the coffee before you leave, and do not go by the app. I will complain with the corporation as well. If the Latte, is not included or any Hot drink that is not Regular coffee in the T&,C then they should mention type of coffee by name and not have the attendant make...

I asked for an ice cream for my daughter and it was so soft that in about 2 to 3 minutes it was like water. I thought ice cream is to eat not to drink. I was like maybe the freezer is broken. I went there next time since my daughter’s summer camp is in the area. It was the same soft ice cream so I said you know what I want my child to enjoy the ice cream so we had to go to a different location. Today I went there and it was the same . I know it’s not easy to scoop out a hard ice cream. I think it’s either the owner has set it to a lower temperature to save money on electricity which I doubt or it could be the workers trying to make it easier to scoop out the ice cream. HORRIBLE service!!!! Don’t order from this Dunkin. I just ordered through UberEats and everything came like the hurricane dropped in. I ordered a wrap, 2 donuts and 2 drinks. The packaging was so careless that everything spilled on top of the other things I ordered. The coffee was only a quarter full. The bacon from the egg and cheese wrap came in so raw which is a safety hazard. The donuts were stale. What a waste of money. I posted a pic of what it looked like...
