Horrible Experience. Do not spend your money here. The manager yelled at me and made a seen claiming Baskin-Robbins doesn't offer anything free. I had a coupon on the app with a barcode for a free ice cream and he claimed he didn't know anything and just kept shouting "nothing free at baskin-robins." He told me to call the company but it was a weekend and the company only answers calls during the week. After the code scanned through they said it didn't come up on there system but on my app the code was gone! That means they lied and used up my code and blamed me and said something was wrong with my phone. Eventually they gave me the free ice cream with a scowl on there face. Good to know this is how they treat there customers because I won't be coming back. This review applies to the same store because unfortunately the manager manages both as there part of...

Talk about bad service. It would be a blessing if this place was shut down and placed under new management.

I had a very terrible experience with a worker whose name tag read "Basher." I made an order asking how much it would cost. I changed my order twice because I did not have enough cash to pay for it. As I looked up at Basher he was rudely shaking his head out of annoyance. At that moment I was so infuriated that I wanted to chuck my drink straight at his face. Thank God I kept my cool.

On top of his rude behavior, when I first entered the store he wasn't even paying attention to customers who were waiting in line. His coworker had to tell him that I was waiting in line for him to realize that he had to take my order.

First off there is a lady with a hijab that works there (didn’t get her name) that is constantly rude to my husband every time he goes to order. She seems to never understand what he’s asking for, not sure if she doesn’t speak English well or pretends not to understand him. Next their donuts are not fresh at all. I sometimes get half a dozen and 2-3 of the donuts will be super hard. I don’t know why the employees would give out these donuts if they can feel they’re inedible. When my husband asked to have the hard donuts switched for fresh donuts, the same female employee mentioned above gave him attitude and was hesitant to change it ! As if she expected us to eat those...
