Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

8/21/24 UPDATE PT3 Fully staffed now and my favorite Dunkin. I give the staff A LOT of respect for handling the horde of teenagers who come in after school from the local HS. They're loud and obnoxious (1 kid was vaping and actually sounded surprised when a staff member asked him to go outside), and sometimes fight, but the staff handles it well. 4/2/22 UPDATE PT 2 They have hired more people which is great for everyone, customers and employees. Still should check your orders before leaving as they sometimes still forget things or give you the wrong thing, but they will fix it quickly so it's not a huge deal. 2/26/20 UPDATE Waited about 10 minutes for a drink from the case because they only have a total of 2 people, no manager on site, working- 1 on the register, 1 making orders. The guy making the orders needs help, so the woman on the register leaves to help. Placed an order via the app too and of course stuff is missing. This place seriously needs to get it's act together. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED. ALSO THE WOMAN ON THE REGISTER HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE; IF YOU DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE, DON'T WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.

Very slow so you'll be waiting awhile, even if you order on the app before going in. Coffee is watered down and orders are wrong half the time. Food is a little stale or old tasting at this location and the woman who seems to always be on the register when I go in, usually has...

I went to this Dunkin today & I placed order online 1 medium iced coffee & 1 hashbrown. I requested the worker there to put extra extra ice on my coffee. But when they gave my coffee it was watery I’ve attached pictures here the man who is down he made my coffee I then said it does look like there extra ice I then said if you don’t mind can you please put the same coffee on a large cup with extra ice I don’t need extra coffee he said you have to pay $2.50 for the cup I goes why? This is too much he then took my coffee I said $2.50 it’s illegal it’s not the rules he then said up to you & was really rude and talk shit about me with the other man he’s from my country so I understand the language! I don’t understand how these man are working here no manor doesn’t know how to talk to a customer full on attitude. Like how can you tell me I have to pay for a large cup $2.50 I bet no Dunkin have this rules or anything! I want the owner to see this because I know the manager r the same like these workers...

I didn't want to leave this review, but when the staff is rude and disrespectful, I had to share it. I went to this location several times for a few years now and the service went from good to worse. I had horrible and rude encounters in the past couple of weeks. It doesn't matter how busy or slow this location gets, they seem to always mess up my order. A few days ago, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a rock, burnt not toasted and the cream cheese was thrown on it, not even spread, it was inedible. Today, I went in to get my mobile order, it was missing items. The floors were dirty with napkins, paper, and liquid spillage. My shoes became sticky from the floors. I still had to wait for my coffee, every though it was not busy at 7:45 AM today.
