First and foremost, I would say do what my coworker told me to do that anytime I go here , to ask for NASIM!If you get him consider yourself All Set and be ready to be treated like Royalty

I had set up a reservation to bring myself and my family to enjoy a special dinner. I was greeted, and I asked for the table where I can have "Love Life" on the background as I think it's one of the best seats at the restaurant.

The server Nasim M. came few minutes later, and we told him about our allergies issues and dietary restriction. Mr Nasim recommended us alternatives and even went above and beyond to see if it was possible to make select dishes without the ingredients we could not consume.

He came back to us after our decision to select some dishes and consulting with the chef. He was very informative, very caring, as if we were his family. Mr Nasim M is an asset to Hyatt Regency, Sugar Factory and Resorts World.

Our food items did take about 15 minutes, but upon getting it, we asked to have the drinks presented at the same time. They complied and made it a very memorable experience for me and my family.

Our drinks were non alcoholic and food did not contain any alcoholic beverages or any meat such as pork. One of the other things that I love about this place is having assets like Mr Nasim M. who made sure allergies we had from Gelatin that he did not place any gummy into the drinks as many times we have had this issue.

We really enjoyed the waffles with ice cream 🍦 and also shrimps were super fresh and juicy

Again, if you go there, make sure to ask for Mr Nasim and consider yourself all set for your special visit.

I have had amazing experience with Sugar Factory in other places however this one was VERY disappointing.

We went on a middle of the week, Tuesday Night place was maybe 20% filled so not busy at all. We ordered 2 Drinks and 2 Entrees. We were staying at the Hyatt hotel, so it was a no brainer to give this place a shot! We enjoy going to the city location and other states and has never been a disappointment.

The Entrée we had ordered was a Pasta Dish and Twin Lobster Tail. Unfortunately, Lobster was NO Good, Luke warm where it was left out in kitchen for sometime and Shrimp Pasta was missing basic things it was suppose to have.

The 2 Mocktails we ordered came after we were done with the meal and waiter response was I am sorry the Bartender took longer than expected to make the drink.

We came for a special celebration decided to pay and leave and not even go for dessert.

This place has huge potential if managed right with trained staff who will ensure the customers will have a MEMORABLE experience because lets face it, you don't go to Sugar Factory everyday! You go there to celebrate or treat yourself and it should feel that way when your paying the...

Cute decor. I don't know if the food is bad, or the cooks and management are bad. We ordered hot honey chicken and waffles. Got regular. My husband felt like we might annoy them if we said something. Well, I said something. All the cook did was throw some sauce on the wings. We had taken a bite out of the initial wrong order. They put sauce on the partially eaten wings ( 2 pieces ) and sent it back, cold.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich, provolone, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions. Asked to substitute the fries for a small side salad. Nope. So, rather than waste, I asked that they don't plate the fries, and I'd pay extra for the salad. I also don't do carbs, but needed the protein and veggies. I asked for extra mushrooms and grilled onions. Nope. Came with fries and no onions and mushrooms.

I returned it. They said they were out of mushrooms. Why not tell the customer that what they are ordering isn't available as listed????

Then, full on RAW onions. Fat chunky. They don't value their customers.

Stay away from this place. Or, only go if you're willing to ask for what you ordered.

What I can understand..... they were out of their signature coffee. But, the waitress told us upfront. Good job. Communication.

Where's the management. Why hadn't they communicated what's missing from items on the menu to the wait staff????

The waitress talked to me as I wrote this review. She kindly offered to remove my sandwich since it was wrong, from the bill. I accepted. She offered the same for my husband's chicken and waffles, but we wanted to pay because he did eat some and he can heat it up in the microwave or we can skillet it back at the hotel.

Just be careful if you choose this place. Ask if all ingredients listed are available before you order.

The decor is cute! Cute doesn't equate to good cooks, management or service.

And, the Google reviews are 3 stars. I should have looked before we went there.

This is a chain. Maybe we'll visit the others and vlog about it. ...

My first time here and probably my last time. The music and ambiance were fine. I had a party of 10 and the hostess and waiter barely even acknowledged us or even said hello. Upon being seated I stepped on a strawberry that was under the table. I looked closer and noticed underneath was completely filthy loitered with trash from the last party. The water we were given tasted like the faucet but not even passable.. very nasty and my water had something black in it too. Now as for the food.. I had ordered a burger which I would say was actually very tasty but the bun was very greasy and messy "I'd assume butter". Half of my party ordered pasta and none of them finished it. Pasta was disgusting and inedible, no seasoning and too chewy. 5 pasta dishes all around 25 dollars and just very bad. Like prego was their main ingredient. They have this dish where the burger buns are different colored... and they tasted purely like food coloring and just disgusting. Their desserts are intricately designed and look great but honestly were disappointing. I love desserts and find myself having tried desserts from over 200 places and this place while decorative did not have good tasting desserts. The strawberries weren't fresh and discolored. I had a chocolate chip cookie sandwich which was hard as a brick and just basic. For the price, the food was not worth it at all. Especially considering they put 20% surcharge on the bill regardless how big your party is. You'd think with that they'd hire better cooks and more attentive staff. Honestly the service and hygiene at a Dennys is better. Came here for my mother's birthday and honestly she seemed upset just bad and poor. If it were up to me I'd close it down to save people the trouble. I have added a bunch of pictures.. don't let...
