New China Star — Restaurant in New York

This place used to be a nice place to come to not no more while you are waiting for your food the lady is answering the phone and does not wash her hands afterwards she is very unprofessional I stop by with my family to enjoy a dinner she made a big issue over 2 cans of soda she made up some rules about how you paid with I been here before and I paid with my debit card many times so I ask her how many sodas do I get she when of on me that if I pay with CREDIT or debit card I do not get any sodas if I pay in cash she says I get (2) sodas I told her that I paid with debit card before anyway she became very disrespectful with the mouth I spend over (30)dollar there I regret it ...they need to be more clean and learn some good...

I’m very disappointed I ordered chicken wings fried rice which they charged me for and I got a order of chicken wings only , shrimp lo mein and steamed dumplings . When I called the restaurant back for my fried rice the lady there was so rude she told me to come pick it up and I have to pay for the rice , rain was pouring that day and I just came from work tired and hungry I went back over to the restaurant to get the rice she don’t want to give me said she charge me for extra veggies in the shrimp lo mein that I have to pay for the rice which were already paid for she was so nasty I left without the rice was so upset . Let's face it, when your eating at a Chinese restaurant you are not looking for healthy. That being said, the food is your typical Chinese selection from General Tso's chicken to fried chicken wings. I do like how they prepare the food, when I want a quick meal they a great stop. They always deliver quickly, even when I order from Grubhub they are always ahead of the deliver time.
