The Manager, Keyfood I am disappointed with the way in which the cashier and the Supervisor handled a situation yesterday. Another customer picked up one of my item and put it in his bag and walked out, and item already cashed and paid for. Knowing it is the cashier's mistake, by placing the item next to the man's stuff, I then get the same item because it is the cashier's fault. She said I have to pay for it again since it is my fault and not hers. She took herself out completely. She then called the Supervisor who was very dismissive, walking away. Walked into KeyFood this morning, because my husband bought two dragon fruits last night that I am allergic to, among other items. (I wanted pomegranates.) I also did not have the receipt. I kindly asked the first cashier if I could exchange it for another fruit that I could eat., she then proceeded to another cashier/"manager" who came to me without asking a question with no sense of customer service etiquette. This Keyfood is not bad except there cashiers. Their cashiers behaviors are too rude to their customers.. I usually buy thousands of dollars of items each month from here, but their cashier name AMENA her behavior and attitude to the customer is like we are getting free food from this key food. We earn and spend thousands of dollars to buy our groceries not to tolerate this rude attitude. I spend more money to this key food than this Cashier earns from here.
