Associate Alta Garcia is very unprofessional and very rude. She has a disgusting attitude because I need to get a refund on something that I spent MY MONEY on that didn’t fit me properly. She is extremely unknowable and does not know that it’s 2024 and if you make a person via Apple Pay you can also get a refund via Apple Pay ( by scan) and you do not need a physical card. She also is very rude telling me “ you can wait” while doing unnecessary things to take up time. On 4/15/25 I purchased a pair of sandals, but I had to help myself for 20 minutes. The staff of two women were rude to me & on the phone chatting & texting most of the time & talking about their own personal things with each other instead of assisting me. They seemed to be annoyed by my questions & had me waiting a very long time, but jumped right up & helped other people very quickly & were very friendly with them. If you think about ever shopping at this rainbow location Think it over I spoke with the manager about a handbag that I purchased. She stated to me that I could not return it because they do not take handbags back, which that sounds outrageous. I proceeded to drive down to another rainbow and they took the item with no problems.
