I went here after a long time the quality of food is bad. I had 2 kids with me they were hungry I ordered a Kani salad and avocado rolls . And 2 other entres. It took sometime to come . The kani salad was a bed of mixed greens with a bunch of crunch on top with barely any kani. No dressing came with it just a bare dry salad, we had to ask twice for soy sauce the other entres was noodles it took forever I asked for the order to be cancelled and asked the server to charge me for whatever was on my table , 20 mins later after the sever came back 2 x , plus another server came 2 x until the manger came demanding a reason why I wanted the order cancelled , my 2 yr old is cranky , I told her madam I asked for the Order to be cancelled 20 mins ago ⌠now going on more than 20 mins ⌠I asked again can I have my bill she prevented me from moving and here comes the severs running coming bringing my food I said calmly I donât want it I asked for to be cancelled ⌠the manager Vivian was rude when I asked for my bill she roughly gave me a bill for the food I asked to be cancelled now I walked with my 2 yr old in my hands she started abusing I told her again I am not paying for food I asked to be canceled and for food that I did not eat she started screaming as if I didnât want to pay my bill embarrassing me in the place , I repeated myself again , she started again berating me , now saying sheâs going to call the cops I told he 2x go ahead and call them, the other server gave me a bill now for what I actually had on my table, my sister gave her cash and the manager now had us waiting, now my 2 yr old started crying , we kept asking for our change and the mgr kept on ignoring our request and still continued berating me saying what type of parent I am is this is what I am teaching my kid , I told her yes to stand up and not be bullied by people , she kept coming to my face and yelling at me berating me , her servers and hostess told her the customer wants their change it took her overall another 20 mins to give us our change .. I had a cup od soda in my hand and I roughly placed it on top of the cashier area it fell and splattered the mgr with my 2 yr old in my hand thrower back the cup at me , and still continue to berate me. Lack of customer service , poor quality of food hence the reason I cancelled my other dishes . They threaten ppl , and berate customers . What a shame. I have always had a pleasant experience and thus wanted to go to the restaurant and have a sit down dinner with my family. When we arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming. The venue was a typical Asian Decor and clean. We were seated and had prompt service. My family ordered their appetizers and entrees and as the only vegetarian I had only a few options which was more than most venues have to offer. I ordered a sweet potato roll and a veggie tempura roll, pretty simple order nothing fancy. When I ordered the veggie tempura roll the waitress seemed confused, I asked her what types of vegetables are used the the veggie tempura? to which she replied broccoli, carrots and assorted veggies. About 25 mins later after miso soup and salad my family meat entrees arrived. I was baffled because my order was simple, I looked over to the sushi prep area and noticed the waitress holding my plate in confusion, she walked to the back then brought over my plate. She had sweet potato roll and an a avacado roll but no veggie tempura, when I asked about the tempura she stated that I was mistaken and this is what I ordered. I was annoyed because I hate avacado and would never order an avacado rollđĄ which I told her politely and reiterated my original order. She removed the plate then returned to the sushi area and had a discussion with the manager who then came back with the plate to ask me what I wanted. I told him veggie tempura roll. In about 3 minutes the manager returned with a plate consisting to two sweet potato rolls except one of the rolls had a piece of asparagus stuck in it!!! At this point I was hungry and livid, really unbelievable. The restaurant was crowded and I did not want to make a scene so I ate it because I do love sweet potato rolls. However, I felt disrespected and I will never nor will my family order from frenasia again. I would have prefered some honesty and an apology then we could have maintained the relationship. I also will never recommend frenasia to anyone.    Read moreTAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! Customer beware of unsanitary food handling conditions, poor customer service, and a menu that doesn't accurately describe what you're ordering. Ordered take out via Seamless after visiting here last week for the first time. I ordered the Deluxe Rainbow Roll, which, per the Seamless menu that is uploaded by the restaurant, includes Blue Crab, Lobster, and cucumber with assorted fish on top. The roll came with Kani and avocado inside, and the assorted fish on top was primarily all salmon, which had not been trimmed/had so much fat on top it was inedible. On the menu there are other rolls listed with Kani, which I purposefully did NOT order, as I don't like Kani. I called the restaurant as soon as I noticed this mistake. The woman, who was also the manager, said "well, if you've been here before then you should know that we don't have Blue Crab, we only have Kani and Lobster SALAD".... umm, how would I know that? It's extremely misleading to have Blue Crab on the menu when in reality it's fake Crab!!!! The right thing to do would be refund the roll, right? Nope. She went back and forth with the sushi chef six times, telling me that I'm wrong and should know better, then she read the Seamless menu and said "oh yeah that's wrong on Seamless, but you should check the regular menu." I'm sorry but don't you upload your own menu? It's very misleading and dishonest. Also, the customer is always right, so this 8 minute phone call should have been nipped in the bud almost immediately. The manager then told me that she cannot refund me, as I need to call Seamless myself. I know this isn't true, as I've been refunded in the past (the restaurant has to call Seamless). She said "I can't do this right now, I'm very busy, please Call later" and hung up. Seamless corrected the mistake immediately.
