Fresca Tortilla — Restaurant in New York

I keep on writing fancy and lengthy positive reviews for this restaurant , all of which google seems to shadow ban. This is my last attempt, and because I love this restaurant so much, I will still go into detail despite the fact that this review may be erased. Ok, I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. I’ve never seen them microwave food like others suggest; food is always fresh and cooked in front of you. My favorite part about this restaurant is that the ground beef is so finely ground, that it is so easy to eat. The flavor of their chili/ground beef taco is very bold. By that I don’t mean it’s extra spicy, but the flavor is phenomenal. The quesadillas, especially the steak, are to die for. My one complaint is that recently they have been using a lot more oil with tacos than they used to. The delivery person is not right in the head. I had clear instructions for contactless delivery. In front of my door there is a ring camera. The delivery call and said food here, I was like ok please leave in front of door. He left and I couldn’t locate the delivery. I turns out he left it on my back entrance / backyard, where I do not have access to. I called him and tell him please delivery to the correct place. Comes back and shouts and me it is here come out and get it. He isn’t wearing a mask and waving the delivery demanding me to come get it. I told him please leave in front of my door where the porch and area is. He shouts come out then. I was scare because I am a mom with small children at home. I stopped in for lunch this afternoon. I ordered nachos and two steak fajitas. Once I received the nachos they had beans on them and I am allergic. I kindly asked if they can make another one. The owner was very disrespectful because he explained that I am wasting food although I told him I did not want beans on it. He followed by calling me a racial slur and he began yelling and pointing at me. He threatened me. He came from around the counter grabbed all of my food and money and threw it in the garbage. I was harassed and I did not feel comfortable and police definitely had to get involved. I will NEVER eat here again. And by the way he did not want to give me my money back and the cops made him.
