If you're looking for delicious sushi in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, Genki Sushi is definitely worth a visit. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with friendly staff and a welcoming ambiance that will make you feel right at home.

But it's the food that truly sets Genki Sushi apart. Whether you're a sushi lover or a first-timer, the menu offers a wide variety of options that are sure to please. From classic nigiri to inventive rolls, each dish is made with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted by the skilled chefs.

One standout dish that I highly recommend is the salmon nigiri. The fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with a perfect texture that melts in your mouth. And for those who prefer something a bit more adventurous, the volcano roll is a must-try. This spicy roll is bursting with flavor and has just the right amount of heat.

Beyond the sushi, Genki Sushi also offers other tasty dishes, such as miso soup, edamame, and crispy chicken wings. And with affordable prices, you can indulge in a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

Overall, I highly recommend Genki Sushi for anyone who appreciates delicious sushi in a welcoming atmosphere. The food is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. Don't miss out on this fantastic...

OVER IT ! I like coming here because the sushi is amazing but the attitude was ridiculous. I just moved to staten Island and am unfamiliar with the area and didn't realize I ordered at a different location. When I was asked what I was picking up they didn't have the order so I explained to her that I accidentally ordered at a different location and she told me to go pick up my order over there and that she couldn't help me. So I called the other location in front of her and explained the mishap so they canceled my order. Finally the lady took my order but was rushing me through the whole order. Super rude. Wouldn't want to deal with her if I come back. Smh plus they charged my card extra thankfully I kept my receipt and disputed with my bank. Not coming back I tried again and to my dismay smh Sent my son to get two California rolls and was charged 12 and change . When I went on another day to get the same thing I was told I could use my card because they had a 10 dolar minimum. So either they charged my son extra or she was lying about the minimum because then she asked me to wait for a manager to see if she can continue. I told her never mind and walked out . I'm so over this place just keeps...

Had takeout and dine-in dinner here before. It's a good place for some fusion food in the area. It's definitely mostly not traditional sushi or omakase by any means, but it's good nonetheless. The prices are fair, given how supplies for fresh ingredients needed for sushi these days. It's about the same as other a la carte places, I think. They can get quite busy with the ton of takeout orders they have to prepare during the dinner hours, but the staff still manage to be quite attentive and clear empty plates and refill teacups. The location is rather convenient in terms of parking. Currently, the big supermarket has closed so there are many spots open. The restaurant interior is also decorated nicely, with lights that remind me of a karaoke bar. The sushi took a bit of waiting. Even with about four chefs, they swamped the bar with takeout orders as much as dine-in. I won't count that against them. The food came and it was nice and hot, even the rolls with tempura inside. The nigiri was well-packed and the sashimi was quite soft. Overall, it is...

Did not like the service at all. I ordered a special roll from a menu because I liked how it looked like on the picture. However, when I got my roll it was nothing like on picture. Moreover, it supposed to be deep fried with coconut on top , but it was nothing like it. The roll was falling apart when I was just touching it. I called them to let them know what happened, but they were extremely rude, basically what they said was "it is what it is , the roll should not be matching the picture. You can bring it back if you want, and we will make a new one but it will be the same" . So unprofessional, horrible service. Never again.

My son eats only Philadelphia roll and we are ordering it is regularly, today we ordered from Genky - my son almost vomit after trying the Genki Philadelphia roll - he told me that is is something wrong with the fish - I tried and understand that the salmon is raw instead of smoked- after I asked manager how is it possible she told me I don’t understand- and it is smoked salmon - … my son asked not to order rolls ever again and since we didn’t have time - he was without a lunch. —- The manager was very - very rude - so people next time be carful ordering -
