Good Chinese — Restaurant in New York

I made an order online and I did receive delivery within the timeframe I was given, but all of the food arrived cold. Why do I order food if I have to warm it up??? The thing is I don't have a microwave, so I have to warm up food on stove top and in the oven. It was like I was actually preparing dinner!!! Totally defeated the purpose of ordering take out.

I've order several times via phone, paying cash from this same restaurant and my food is delivered in 20 minutes piping hot. I also live about 2-3 blocks away, so I don't get why it would take so long If it was going to take an hour to get my food why leave it sitting on a counter waiting for pick up for delivery??? When I called to tell them my food was cold all I was told was "he didn't deliver to you first?" He sure did, I saw other bags hanging off of the delivery man's scooter. The worst experience that I won't even do a phone order...

I just ordered $50 worth of food on beyond menu and called to confirm and she couldn’t find the order. So I had to re-order the food with her on the phone which was OK but time consuming. Then it took 45 minutes and the delivery man calls me twice because I didn’t move fast enough to come down and get the food the second phone call he was screaming at me and hung up on me. Then almost through the food at my son who went to get down and get it. During the second phone call my son was already walking up to him and heard him screaming at me to the phone and told him stop screaming at my mother and he started yelling at him and they almost got into a physical altercation in the lobby of my building. The delivery man he is the most incompetent rude nasty person I’ve ever encountered. The food is actually pretty good but do not order for delivery...

I saw the reviews and thought lets try it out. I was so indecisive because I wasn't really hungry but I ordered anyways. I ordered sesame chicken with veggie fried rice and I really wanted white rice but that wasn't an option ordering through Uber Eats. I received the order at a decent time but the chicken was extremely crunchy, stuck together, and it just didn't taste good. The rice was okay but it was only 1/4 of the plate. The chicken took up most of the plate. Honestly, people say this place is great but I've had better. Maybe I should order earlier in the day and see how it goes but honestly the time shouldn't matter because I ordered around 6 pm. I am disappointed.
