The Venue — Attraction in New York

I rented this hall for my baby shower, my booking was a Saturday, 7pm-2am. The place accommodates a Max 120ppl standing or sitting with tables and chairs provided. There is a security assigned to stand guard which is funny, he chills in his car parked outside but came in for food and drinks 😄. The space isn't huge nor is it small but okay. My only comments is the food warmers trays were filthy and unusable, I wasn't happy with the bathroom is right next to the food area and there should be more coat racks since advertising for a Max 120. This is a larger than usual location to host a party or event. There are AC split units up on the wall. Not sure when they were last cleaned or serviced though. They allowed ample time for setup and breakdown. Keys are turned over the night before so you can setup the next day. Chairs and tables are provided, there is a sink, racks to place trays and a counter for food placement, as well as commercial merchandiser for keeping food cold . IT WAS VERY NICE, ESPECIALLY ONCE YOU ACTUALLY DECORATE IT, AN SET IT UP IN YOUR FAVOR, LOOKS REALLY AMAZING,.... THEY HAVE A VERY SMALL BAR SET UP, A LITTLE KITCHEN AREA, BUT NO STOVE THEY HAVE A FRIDGE THE TYPE OF FRIDGE THAT YOU FIND IN A DELI OR GROCERY STORE, BATHROOMS ARE DECENT, MALE AN FEMALE, PRIVATE BATHROOMS MEANING ONLY ONE AT A TIME..
