Thai Ros Thip — Restaurant in New York

I ordered form this establishment on grubhub, however this was the wrong establishment intended, which i immediately noticed upon the confirmation screen. I immediately (within 20 secs) called this restaurant and explained the situation and asked for the order to be cancelled. the woman on the phone said that would be no problem. She then called me back about a minute later and asked that I contact grubhub and cancel it with them as well, which i did. i first tried to just cancel through the app, and it said the food was already made. then i spent about thirty mins with grubhub's chat bs and they ultimately said that the food was already with a delivery driver. i then called the restaurant back, and the same woman from before said that the chef told her the food was already made. i asked if that food had been made in the one minute after the order and the cancellation call (during which she said it would be cancelled) and she said yes. these people are dishonest and crooks. i will never order from this place again. businesses like this are disgusting. ...

I don't understand the good reviews for this - sorry but this is genuinely the worst Thai food I've ever had. :( Some of the vegetables in the drunken noodles were cold and the curry puffs were basically just mush. Drunken noodles were also flavorless and not spicy at all.

ETA: I got an email like an hour after I picked up my food that I was being charged an extra $3 for a coffee I didn't order. I wasn't given one either so I have no idea why they charged me for that. I don't know if it's some kind of weird scam but I would seriously avoid ordering from this place.

Edited again to add: bumped up to 2 stars because it looks like the correct amount was billed to my card. Still thought the food was not very...

Crazy! I'm never ordering here again the food is not worth the price. The sauce is watered down, the crab rangoon is finely chopped veggies with cream cheese, the shrimp tempora is tenpora with s thinly spiced piece of shrimp, the plain roti was packaged in a box which caused it to be soggy (wet dough), all the fried food was greasy because there was no liners in the plates, the best part was the Shrimp Pineapple fried rice it tasted good but the presentation made me think twice about eating it. Don't waste your money go somewhere else! Besides everything being wrong with the food, the service was amazingly fast and I recieved my actual order....
