Cashier was very friendly and sweet but so disappointed in the sharp decline in the quality of their kchicken. Bought 3 flavors today and every single one was dry and rubbery. Their soy garlic lacked flavor, and their curry tasted bland and a little sour. Even the drumsticks and wings were so dry, drier than chicken breast, so imagine how the rest tasted like. We literally could not tolerate over a single piece and had to throw out the rest. The quality of their chicken AND cooking just have just gone down the drain... and this place that once sold the best kchicken in town now sells the worst :(
Ps I'd only go here for the clam chowder now.
Nov 2024 One of best kchicken in town that not the whole world yet knows about, so the pricing is reasonable and the wait time is short. Also ample parking and the sweetest cashier ever (the younger girl with glasses) who goes above and beyond with each and every customer. Take advantage of their specials right now (buy 1 chicken get half free),...

Then as I suspected, they were not crispy at all. The tenders were rubbery on the outside. Strangely, the chicken itself was very dry. My guess is that they were fried earlier that day and were sitting around. I tried a couple but they are not worth the calories. Practical information. Seating is three bar stools at a counter, half of which were taken up by employees/family members. Won't be returning...
