Hardee on Utica — Restaurant in New York

I love the food in this place but just had a recent incident with hardee Over the phone. On Feb 2, I ordered food on my credit card I went to the store and showed his son that the card payment wasn’t processing. Today which is feb 15th I recently checked my email and seen that The Hardee’s restaurant payment of $17.69 was taken out my account. I called the store and told him I never came to pic it up and I either want my refund or just give me my food, his goes “ ok I’m going to do you a favor this time and give it to you, this is the only and last time” I was like favor and your getting cute over the phone ! WHATTTT?!? I paid for my food I don’t want any favors! I will never go there again or eat Chinese food again these people shouldn’t even be serving in our black community. I honestly love their food but don’t disrespect me...

It's always packed because it is the best Chinese food restaurant in the area, hands down! It's best to call and order beforehand. The best fried seafood from any Chinese restaurant that I've ever tasted! The fried honey barbecue shrimp is phenomenal! I brought some to my parents' house and let my dad taste it. They don't live close to the area, but if my mom or I are close to Hardee's he often asks us if we can bring him an order of it! They have good burgers and yummy cheesesteak sandwiches! Crack fish baby and fries 😂😂😂😂😂😂!!! This spot has the most banging fish boss and I gotta have it. Don't be cheap with the tartar sauce playa because I need a lot of that too because I just gotta have tartar on my crack fish!!!! What's crazy is they have a pretty large menu, but I'm popping in for that crack fish boss!!!
