Came here Friday 3-3:30 pm . Went straight to the bar for a couple of drinks while I got some work done on my phone. 1st girl that approached me at the bar was okay but not that great . She greeted me after I greeted her but very haphazardly . Like now I gotta do work since I was the only person at the bar at this time . She might not be as bad in general but wasn’t very welcoming. Another girl came on shift Afro American with leather pants. I figured let me ask her for my next drink since the other person was kinda distant. I asked her for my drink I said thankful in a very cheerful voice and she just turned around as if I said nothing. Now I go to places like this all the time so I know the difference between good service and mediocre service and poor service . The Second Lady with the leather pants was worst then the 1st. She spent most of her time on the phone and her aim was definitely not to please. It’s too bad because I kinda like this place over the one on tremont. There other bartenders I like here but they might come in on the evening. Or maybe they are not here any more. But the morning bartenders are not great at all. I would replace them quickly. Business is business. I would not let these women cause me to lose customers. The lady that greets the guest at the front door seems like she was doing a good job with the walk-ins that wanted to be seated. She had on a beige blouse and blue jeans with a flair bottom. Friday June 30th I was having dinner with my family and friends in the evening. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming. We had drinks and appetizers and were preparing to order our main courses. We had three menus at our table and suddenly the hostess came to the table and asked for the menus. We told her we needed them; the hostess then abruptly grabbed the menu and told us she didn't have any and needed them in a very rude tone (there weren't any customers waiting to be seated). We were shocked and two minutes later she came back to the table and said we could have the menu if we needed it again in a very aggressive and rude manner. We asked to speak with her manager and she said "whatever". We expressed our grievances to the manager and the hostess began yelling at my cousin saying we were being disrespectful. She was escorted outside where she continued to rant, scream and curse. At that point we decided to pay the bill and leave. Once we exited, she began arguing and coming towards my cousin. The DJ had to come outside and hold her back as she stated she was ready to fight. All of this happened in front of a room full of customers. Management should had done a better job diffusing the situation. They allowed this disrespectful employee to carry on outside the place. We have never experienced this type of treatment at this establishment or any other. Your restaurant came highly recommended and we traveled all the way from Manhattan. We will never step foot in that place ever again and nor would we recommend this place to anyone. No one should have to deal with this type of gross disrespect...
