I order from this place once in a while depending on how I am feeling. if the food is say bland that's what condiments are for. I see there are also many Linguist, Millionaires, and Gourmets out there. First let's address the Linguist, of course you are going to have a little trouble most of these people, have migrated to the U.S. and can't speak English all that well. They do try, and this may come as a surprise, there is a number next to every single thing they sell, so try ordering by number. Now for all the Gourmets out there, who have a refined Palates, "This is not a five star Michelin restaurant, find another place to order. Now on to the Millionaires, (see above, under Michelin stars). People like you are looking for something for nothing, find a whole wear store, stock up on all the things they offer and cook your own dam meal. Ironically the above mentioned people still continue to order from this place???? I have found that the food is either average, or very good. . The people who answer the phone are sometimes confusing, so if I run into trouble I order by number, The delivery people are quick, prompt, friendly, and have to deliver to very bad neighborhoods, which they do. Would you want your children to do this? I think not. I have found the delivery people to be friendly, quick and prompt. So it would be nice if y'all would cut them a break, it's not like their trying to give you Hepatitis, like other places. (Hawaiian Sea), you didn't hear that...

NEVER AGAIN. I wish this site allowed pictures so you all can see how OFF they were with my order.

First of all, they came an hour and a half after I called.

Second of all, I had to go to the driver's CAR for my DELIVERED food.

Third of all, I ordered ORANGE chicken with vegetable fried rice but they sent some dry ass chicken cutlets with ZERO seasoning.

Fourth of all, when I called to complain about the error, the guy on the phone didn't even as much as apologize.

Fifth of all, he tells me they can't bring me my actual order because they only have 2 drivers but he would give me a 2.00 rain check I GUESS SO I COULD BE DUMB ENOUGH TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY 2.00 DISCOUNT ANYWAY. I ordered at 6:30 and got my food at 8:40.

Sixth of all, it's now 8:56 and I am now waiting for Jade Joy to bring me the food I ordered AT 6:30.

Seventh of all, I'm aboutto have to spend more. With that being said, order from these people AT YOUR OWN RISK! Don't...

Today is a beautiful Saturday afternoon, but now my circle has become a cloudy one. After ordering from Empire Wok, the delivery guy (on a scooter) was disrespectful to us. He made a snobbish comment and suggested we have the money ready before we come outside to get the food. We handed him the money but was ensuring that we were giving him enough as a Tip. It really upset my husband especially since he forgot to bring the full order. He went back and return with the rest of the order, but continued to antagonize the situation. After the calm, I am ready to enjoy my food, Chicken wings with French fries. I opened the carton and food didn't look fresh. The fries and the wings looked really old. I am so disappointed and won't be ordering from the place again. I lived here for 10+yrs and not sure what has happened to our favorite...
