Hawaii — Restaurant in New York

On 10/21/16 I ordered for myself and my 9 year old daughter (2) Sesame Chicken combo dishes and 1 small BB Ribs. When we had started to eat our meal I noticed that the Sesame Chicken was hard and extremely crunchy. There was a tiny piece that looked like a WHOLE cat nail covered in Sesame stuff. I pulled it out and for those of you that have cats you know that when a cat loses a whole nail, what it looks like. This tiny piece looked just like it. The pieces of chicken was no bigger than an inch long. The chicken felt very hard and extremely dry. The pork fried rice was yellow and very very soft and mushy with no taste. There was about 10 peas in both orders and they (the peas) looked very wrinkly and some white areas in them. As for the BB Ribs....they were BLACK. There wasn't any red coloring on these ribs at all. I immediately threw everything away in the garbage. When I had called to complain a woman answered and I told her the problems. She then said with an attitude, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?" This woman was rude an unapologetic. I hope to GOD that no one in Throggs Neck has an experience like what I had experienced. This is the worst restaurant in my area and should be closed down permanently. Suns kitchen even though they closed down had excellent food. I had ordered through Suns kitchen for the last 15 years and never had a problem. Hawaii Chinese Kitchen is looking for a quick buck by serving horrible food. I hope they are shut down! I'm unfortunately giving them (1) star review. Unfortunately there is no option for less than 1 which...

If I could give zero stars it would be zero.dont eat there ever I will tell you why it might be the day I was there it happened but I can only imagine it's more than once.so I ordered a half chicken and vegetables fried rice for my wife I went next door to get pizza.i came back just in time to witness the lady taking a bucket that looks like soy sauce.it was a little in the bucket so she poured it in the pot that they put soy sauce then she put the bucket in a big boiling pot and scoop a little water in rinse bucket and poured in the pot of soy sauce then she picks up a dirty rag and wash it in the same pot she wash the bucket then she puts her hand in and start removing pots from same pot she got water for soy sauce and she's doing this right in front of me without trying to disguise anything.the worse is when I saw her went to make my wife rice with that soy sauce I almost puke.dont ever eat there they are 100% nasty they make me put a hold on eating Chinese...

( I have never given 1 star) I will never eat from here again. Their food is good but their customer service is the worst. My last experience with them a few nights ago was unreal. I had ordered takeout around 9:20/9:30pm . At 10:10pm I called to check on my order. The older lady informed that the delivery guy had rang the doorbell multiple times before leaving. No one rang my doorbell. I have dog who goes nuts when someone does . Im sure he rang the wrong doorbell. Instead of either the delivery guy or the woman who took my order giving me a call on the number I had provided they finished up the deliveries they had AND CLOSED. When I called the woman didnt seem to care much. She just kept repeating that they were closed now and there was nothing she could do. I couldnt believe it. WHO DOES THAT? Very unprofessional. It was late , I was tired, and I was hungry! I had to go out and grab something else.NEVER AGAIN. I wish I could...
