Hitit Burger — Restaurant in New York

I stopped by Hitit Burger in Bayside last week and was blown away by the flavors! I ordered the Garlic Mushroom Burger and the Jalapeno Thrill Burger, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The Garlic Mushroom Burger had this rich, savory taste—juicy beef paired with perfectly sautéed mushrooms and a garlicky kick that lingered just right. The bun was toasted to perfection, holding everything together without getting soggy. Then came the Jalapeno Thrill Burger, and wow, it lived up to its name! The heat from the jalapenos hit hard but didn’t overpower the smoky, well-seasoned patty. The balance of spice and freshness from the toppings was spot-on. The service was quick and friendly—staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the vibe even better. The place itself is clean and cozy, perfect for a casual meal. Fries on the side were crispy and golden, a great match for the burgers. Prices are fair for the quality you’re getting; it’s not just fast food—it’s an experience. I’ve been craving those flavors ever since! If you’re in Bayside and love bold, amazing tastes, Hitit Burger is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu....

A newly opened HMS certified Halal (ZABIHA- THE BEST THING) burger place with simple interior. The burger paties with single, double and tripple is a bit weird because ethe price goes up. Wish it was a standard thick patty then additional patties would have been great. But payties are very thin. The loaded fries did not kick the competition for loaded fries 🍟 in general because 1. It was a small portion 2. The meat patty looked smaller than the burger patty. 3. Just the patty and the sauce. Nothing extra added to make it look loaded. Please look up ideas that can be used for loaded fries. The potato 🥔 buns are a no no for me as it adds a weirdly sweet flavor to a burger. The beef bacon on morning flare burger 🍔 were a bit dry and jalapeño thrill burger was just thin slices of jalapeño stacked 😆 fries are too thin and they look like the left over broken fries left at the end of a stack. And when fired leave little to no taste. Please cut them fries bigger!!! Thankssss for understanding. Having sauce on a side is an extra charge...

I've been living in Bayside since 2019 and decided to try out this new spot, Hit it. The food itself was decent, and I appreciate the effort that went into the menu. However, I won’t be dining in again. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the behavior of one of the cooks. He was openly disrespectful and rude to a female coworker, and it was incredibly uncomfortable to witness. As a customer, it’s disappointing to try and enjoy a meal while hearing that kind of interaction in the background. A pleasant atmosphere and respectful environment are just as important as the food when it comes to customer experience. It reflects on the establishment as a whole. No one should feel that it's acceptable to mistreat coworkers—especially in front of customers. That’s not a good look for any business hoping to succeed. I hope the management addresses this seriously, as it could make a big difference...
