My child has been going to Vienna Music for drums, intro class. So far he enjoys it. Mr Ben is good at connecting with my son. I’m happy that they are able to take my son in at such a young age. The location is super convenient too. And the administration is very good at communicating. They have lots of musical instruments to learn from. We will be continuing with this for my son’s music lessons.

Update: I have enrolled my son into intro piano and at first he was hesitant as it was a little advanced for his age, but after speaking with the school and instructor, they were able to curate the lessons to my son’s pace of learning. He has gotten a lot better and I have seen a great improvement since. His progress makes it reasonable for us to continue on with the lessons with a second package. When we walked in we thought the place was so nice and the girl behind the desk was so nice and convinced us to sign up for trial classes, then on the day we went in, the experience was great the instructor was amazing but when we came out the self proclaimed manager of the place was the most rude and self entitled person I had ever met. He told us we couldn’t take a second practice class when the girl that convinced us to sign up says other wise. Not only that the way he said he made it feel like he was getting off on the power trip. I love Vienna music! I am happy from the moment I walk in until the time I walk out after my son's guitar lessons. The lobby is clean, open, and offers a relaxed atmosphere. Joseph Char, the director, is wonderful. He is very professional and courteous. He is quick to return calls and emails and tries to work with your schedule. My son has taken guitar lessons Chris for about a year. Chris is very knowledgeable and patient. He also adjusts the lessons so my son can play the type of music or songs that he enjoys.
