Needed a last minute manicure (powder) as my one of my nails had broken the day before and the chrome finish started to peel off after 1.5weeks since my last appointment at my regular nail salon. Google showed me QQ Nail Salon as being open from 9am (huge plus) and close by. When I arrived I didnt realize it was the old Dashing Diva Nail Salon. I walked in at around 905am and was greeted by Andrew. I asked if there was availability and he said he could take me right away. He also directed to me to their parking lot in the back (another huge plus especially on bell blvd - but beware where you park in the lot as the Asian supermarket shares the lot and also has their delivery area back there) Lena (sorry if im incorrect) was my technician and she was great - her technique was different from what I am used to but overall did a great job. The only negative was that I wish she didn't make it so thick towards my cuticle, but she said she had to put an extra coat because after filing it down she felt the color was patchy. Her 1030 appt had come and she was having trouble with 3 of my nails- they were rough and dried with a rough feel. I felt bad as she was trying to make sure my nails were okay but trying to tend to her next guest as time passed over the appt time. Overall I was happy and was able to fix my 3 nails at my friend's house with a little filing and top coat. The Salon is clean and more open compared to when it was Dashing Diva. Andrew was so nice and made sure each of his clients knew which wall of colors to choose from depending on the service they had booke. They do have other locations in Manhattan, Great Neck and Glen Cove....

I had such a wonderful experience at QQ Nails & Spa in Bayside — this place is truly a hidden gem. The salon is immaculately clean, with beautiful, calming decor that makes you feel instantly relaxed.

I came in for the Zoya Spa Pedicure with Clara, and it was amazing from start to finish. The sweet honey and citrus scent used during the treatment was absolutely heavenly! It was subtle, fresh, and made the whole experience feel like a true spa day. Clara was so attentive and gentle, with excellent cuticle work and a relaxing massage that had me completely melted into the chair. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect.

There are also tons of colors to choose from, so whether you’re into neutrals, bold shades, or even cat eye, you’ll definitely find something you love.
