Bell Formal Wear Inc — Local services in New York

I visited Bell Formal Wear last Tuesday to rent a tuxedo. Due to the short notice, I called ahead before I went in to see if they would be able to help with a rental for the upcoming Friday for a wedding. I was informed that it would be no problem and that I could come right in for a fitting. I went in to the store and was fitted for a tuxedo, provided payment and scheduled a pickup for 11AM on Friday morning. I received a receipt confirming my payment and the pickup appointment date/time. The owner was pleasant and accommodating throughout this interaction. However, I arrived to the store a few minutes after 11AM on Friday to find the store empty, lights off, and no one answering the phone. I e-mailed the address listed on the website and continued to call repeatedly. I was fortunate enough to find a tuxedo through other connections so I could attend the event but not without a significant amount of stress due to Bell Formal Wear. I truly hope my experience is not representative of how she runs her business, but it is now Tuesday and the owner has still not returned my phone calls and e-mail to even apologize for not providing the service that I paid for. Unfortunately I had an awful experience, specifically with Maria. I had our wedding party, brothers and nephews go here for their tuxes. First off, every time my brothers tried contacting this place, they would never pick up their phone. Second, I took my nephews to get fitted and all Maria kept saying to my 11 year old and 7 year old nephew to their faces is that their too husky or too big to fit in a tux. Their children, that’s not something you say to a child. She finally found a jacket for them but said they can’t button it because of how big they are. I am paying over $200 each for a tux not to fit my nephews? Everything was an issue and she also seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. If I am coming to you and you’re asking me questions about tuxes when I have absolutely no knowledge of it, then why are you working in the tux and suit business? I asked for bow ties and they ended up getting ties which is fine, no big deal but apparently Maria told her sister that I didn’t know what I wanted which in fact I did know what I wanted but unfortunately she was giving me a hard time about it. My husband and groomsmen rented their tuxedos from here. They fit perfectly 'and the man who works there is fantastic. The woman however 'I believe named Maria is a rude witch. The day my fiance and I went for him to pick out his tux, I wanted to take pictures of him. She kept telling me I was in the way, and she asked Anthony why I wanted pics anyway. 2nd, the day we went to pick up, she did not have the vest for the groomsmen. When I mentioned it, she said oh yes black vest. I said no, dusty rose like we ordered. She says noooooo, black! I said noooooo, dusty rose. She then says are you sure?
