Istanblue Kebab House Bayridge — Restaurant in New York

We placed an order for delivery through Uber for the very first time. The food was OK, but it came cold. We had to heat it up again so we could eat it. The portions were not as big as expected, especially since we ordered the chicken doner platter large size. Extra french fries came cold and soggy. Generally speaking it was just an overall disappointment. We supposedly got a gift of a Tres leches cake which was stale and ended up in the garbage. The price for 2 people was close to $92. add a five dollar tip and the overall delivery ended up being three dollar shy of 100.Exorbitant and I can’t say that we ordered that much food. we were so looking forward to eating from a local place, but at the end between the cold food, the small portions, and the exorbitant price I doubt very much will be ordering from...

This place is called Istanbul now but still Hazar in the grubhub app…this is not an issue, just a point. I ordered food for 6 for pickup and everything was on time…The food sat around for an hour until my guests arrived(they were late) and it was really good. The falafel was cold (because it sat around) but delicious. The food is just as good or better as it was under the different name. Why 4 stars? Well not everything I ordered was in the bag…but this grubhub app refunded me for missing items so it’s ok…why did I not call the restaurant to fix the issue? The food was sitting in the bag for an hour waiting for my guests…so it wouldn’t make reasonable sense, solid place…will...

I bought rice and lamb two days in a row, today I went with my wife, we only bought rice, when I get home and open my bag, they had put very little rice like last time, so we paid money for food, and these people scoff at what they sell, I don't want to go into their business anymore.
