It’s a great library! They have outdoor seating now and masks(most of the time)! There is seating inside, wifi and 2 floors. The top floor is the kids books and activities and the bottom floor is the adult section and towards the right is the young adult, manga, summer reading and sat prep section. Although kids are noisy sometimes there’s not much security can do since parents might complain. The focus should be on the parents educating them and suspending them entering the library

Got my Blueprint 3 special edition card for The Book of Hov 2023 today and it was great, the library is gorgeous, the librarians are nice and I also found out that it’s also a seed library as of April 2023 ! Thanks you again! And I will for sure be back to check out the seed selection

ATTENTION! The library is closed for maintenance! It will reopen in late fall, it said.

Worst ever library if you want to concentrate on your work, reading , computers or etc ....too loud , kids screaming, running all over the floors actually it should be converted to a kindergarden, some of the staff are disrespectful to patrons are very nosy , act weird act like their are doing their jobs during rounds like for examples organizing books into shelf's but actually they are watching snitching what patrons are doing on the computers section etc etc.. Sometimes they even make up their own rules to specific people or have a preferential treatment for some. For example, they would ban stuff on some to bring it to library while not banning it to others or they would ban u to eat food there while letting others eating food there I've seen a guy eating food there in front a librarian she didn't say nothing to him but another time one guy brought a snack in and she told him he wasn't allowed...

The librarians require training in professionalism and communication skills. Being passive-aggressive and openly insulting visitors is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Library is clean, well-maintained, and overall acceptable if you: wear headphones to ignore noises from librarians talking loudly and kids screaming/running around and don't interact with the librarians; some don't understand that their role is public-facing

As a major gripe, the librarians need to enforce quiet rules on the kids. It's one thing when the kids are contained to the 2nd floor. However, kids are also allowed to run around and scream on the 1st floor as well, which is a major distraction to those of us who want a quiet...

The library has a welcoming feel, but two major issues affect visitors' experience. First, it hasn’t kept up with the growing demand for work-friendly spaces, with enough power outlets for students and professionals using laptops. Second, keeping the space comfortable for everyone can be tricky, as some visitors experiencing homelessness struggle with personal hygiene. Staff rarely step in to address this, which can make things uncomfortable for others. As a result, some people end up leaving due to strong odors, the lack of cleaning wipes, not enough power outlets, and...
