JamDown — Restaurant in New York

Please get someone to represent your business properly.. This is not about the food didn't get a chance to taste it Visited this place on the 3rd of January 22. About 9 am It was my first time ..didn't see a menu or pricing so I ask what were the dishes I have seen displayed.. DIDN'T LIKE THE AGGRESSIVENESS of the answer..but try to ignore it and continue to tell the lady how I would like my choice without gravy.... I cannot put in words how she spoke to me...this lady definitely needs to be NOWHERE NEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. SHE IS RUDE ...FIND SOME DARK HOLE FOR HER TO BE IN AND IF SHE IS PART OF MANAGEMENT NOT EVEN A COUPLE CLASSES...

I'm always trying to find some hidden gem jamaica food spots in Brooklyn each time I visit and came across this restaurant. I took one look at the pics on google maps and I could tell it was authentic Jamaican food( if you're are Jamaican you know what I'm talking about). I most definitely wasn't disappointed, we certainly enjoyed the food. The Curry goat was tender, flavorful and well seasoned, the fried chicken slightly dry but still good though. Rice n peas was shelly and moist, which is a must. Also, they are very affordable and you'll get your money's worth. You can't beat the portion size...

This place is so sad the place its self looks as bad as the staff does and the food is nothing special, the worker man was very rude to a pick up delivery man i rather not say what company it was but the worker wasdown right wrong i took my food and left in a hurry i was so uncomfortable as this worker was very aggressive and dangerous i advise strongly not to go to this establishment. Sad to have to do this but its very needed in order to keep people safe. If there was a zero star thats what i would give this place. Come on people you can do better than that choose your staff...
