A staple when your a Uptowner , if your neighborhood doesn't have one. It's Clearly missing out . However Each one cooks different , from Harlem to Burnside it matters where that famous burgers hands are in.
But this one in soundview is quite the establishment. So much like most of my reviews , I'll Handel if with Pros & Cons .
PROS: -This place from day one Delivered & they deliver to your door (unless they are backed up on orders) -They are unlike others will make your order specific to what you ask ( meaning without using seamless you get what you want) move over Uber Eats -As long as you show them simple respect they go easy on you if you can't tip much. ( after all it is still a low income neighborhood) -LITERALLY EVERYONE EATS HERE !!! ( NYPD, FDNY, teens , old peeps , even random travelers come from other neighborhoods) it's great -Every so often they impliment new things for,the Customer (maybe they will join seamless)
CONS: -They tend to not be open late hours when you really want their food -Their staff is only of one racial background ( I feel that is a bit unfair) -They tend to be very crowded (more than most stores) during eating hours aka; Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner .
Overall, i reccomend this place. They are nice , work with their Customers, are liked and respected by the neighborhood .

Read moreI used to brag about the food. Now, something is off. I ordered twice and both times, my order wss WRONG. I don't think the person taking the orders are actually reading what is ordered. The first time I ordered 2 fried eggs HARD. The eggs were soft and runny. The second time I ordered 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS SCRAMBLED VERY WELL. I received food that looked like slop. The eggs were sunny side up and very runny again. I also ordered a side of hash browns. The potatoes were not cooked and smelt weird. I tried entering a complaint about the food and received a message that "I was not eligible for a refund". I simply needed to let the restaurant know how displeased I was with my orders. I did not want a refund. How does a consumer express their annoyances if they are not given a chance? If the owner can reach out to me and simply resend my order as corrected, I would be satisfied. Please have a person who actually pays attention to the online order screen to get the food order right when ordered. You are taking our money and not satisfying our taste buds. Read moreThe customer service was distasteful and unacceptable. I placed a breafast order to be delivered the day before. The sausage was hot and I did not order hot sausage, so I took a loss on that. The next day without an attitude, I tried to place a new order while explaining what happened to me the other day, only to ensure it not happening again. Unfortunately the guy taking the order cut me off wouldn't let me get out what happen and told me "yesterday was yesterday you should have called back then". I told him I'm not complaining I just wanted you to know what happen to avoid it happening again. He said "lady I don't want to hear about yesterday. Today is today tell me what you want!".
