Parque De Los Niños — Attraction in New York

What would seem impossible a task to clean lawn of large and small particulate matter; such as trash of all sorts, left from the inhabitants of "Homelessness". Their degree of behavioral disorders seldomlly is displayed; after a weekend or event associated throughout Parks Recreation Department, extending from their drug usage, addictive patterns & with whomever they are in communion with as a whole. The city recently renovated this park and although the upgrades are nice the community use needs regulating. Soccer events draw huge gatherings and the park is disgusting afterwards. These organizations need to have deposits collected and parks staff should be on hand to enforce proper garbage disposal or forfeiture of deposit. Not a bad place to go with family during the day. There's a lady selling elote and there's places for older and younger kids to play as well as many benches. On the other hand, the bathrooms are dirty and I would not go near there after 6 pm or before 7 am because that's usually when the area becomes home for homeless and people doing drugs or otherwise...
