Jun Bo — Restaurant in New York

This Chinese restaurant use to have better food and better service a few years ago. I ordered food from them twice in two weeks and both times I regretted it. The food wasn't prepared with pride and seemed as if it was rushed cooked because the rice was under cooked and hard with no flavor whatsoever and fried chicken was burnt and greasy to the point of not seeing the meat and sent me to the bathroom. How can they see there's something wrong with the food and still bag it and give it to the customers anyway. Also whenever I ordered chicken and broccoli it always makes the bag messy upon delivery, my last order of chow mein had no looks or taste. I asked before ordering if chicken on a stick is made with dark/white meat. I was told white meat which is the only reason I ordered it. It came and it was DARK meat! I ordered wings “well done, fried extra hard “ combo with French fries also well done, and asked for ketchup and hot sauce on both fries and chicken. Food was not well done at all, ketchup was only drizzled on chicken which they placed on top of fries. Ordered vegetable chow fun and was extremely unhappy with the flavor. Note: DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING ON THEIR WEBSITE. I waited over an hour after making an online order, called them, and was told the order was on the way.
