Kellogg's Diner

I have said it already , a lot of these influencers are either getting paid to promote and rate a place or they just really don't know what bad service and food is like. The first indicator that things were not going to be great was the host at the front, when we requested a table for two she responded with "it would about 30 minutes and then smirked and said or even longer ". I normally brush these things aside because I chalk it up to inexperience or immaturity. The wait however was about 10 minutes, the waiter then came to take our order I wanted the Mexican Benedict , how do you not have any of the ingredients to make this , all the things in this order they did not have . You are a diner how do you not have these things do you not plan for orders like this , do you not order things like chorizo in bulk. I ended up with regular eggs , bacon , fries that were way more chewy than soft with a fair crunch, and I ordered whole wheat toast I got white toast. So there was that , then we requested the check , we asked our waiter for the check when he came to ask us how was everything, why did he take orders from about three tables and then came back and asked us if we wanted the check and then gave us the wrong check. If it was me I would have just paid that check which was much less money but my sister is the angel here and told him it was not ours. For a diner that small they should not have such little issues and for the life me I cannot understand why there are four hostess, the two inside was just standing around . You are too small to have so many hostess. So here is my overall thoughts , the front desk people really need to get better at how they handle customers. Two the food did not taste bad it is not top tier but it has the potential to be great if they take their time and fulfill the order properly. Three this place has a vibe so that is a plus . Four the drinks were good so if you want to get your drink on well you won't be disappointed. Five the prices are reasonable so at least we are not being overcharged for mediocre food. This is just my opinion but you can try it at your own risk maybe your experience would be different from mine.
