Worst concert experience Details: I have been going to concerts for many years and from time to time I have experienced an inconvenience or two. But, what transpired with EVERYTHING involved in the August 16 Zakk Sabbath show was the absolute most appallingly disorganized mess I have ever encountered. I ordered 4 tickets months before the show which were supposed to be delivered by snail mail. As the date of the concert approached I called Ticket Web customer service and was informed that the tickets were being held back by the venue (Warsaw theater) but they would be sent. I called again two weeks out from the show because still NO tickets. Again I was not only informed by Ticket Web customer service that the tickets did not mail out yet BUT they were being sent the beginning of the following week. The Monday before the show when I still had not received my tickets I once again contacted Ticket Web customer service and this time I was told that my tickets had been sent out weeks ago? The representative assured me that my 4 tickets would be available for me at the venue as 'will call'. I was instructed to get to the Warsaw theater an hour before the doors were to open and to have proper identification. I was on line at the destination that was set aside for 'will call' tickets at 7 pm and stood in that same spot for over two hours without seeing the line move. In fact, the more people that I spoke to turned out to be in the same position I was regarding NOT getting their tickets. This entire fiasco was exasperated by the piss poor handling of this issue by the Warsaw itself. Little information was provided to those of us standing on that line...that hot line. I had two women in tow who needed to use the restroom but there was no option provided to them from the Warsaw because they would not open the freakin doors at the advertised 8 pm time. With no establishment near the venue with a public restroom the girls and I were forced to leave the line which was growing to an unbelievable mass of ticketless people in order to find somewhere they could use a restroom! On foot in an unfamiliar area searching for a place that could accommodate such a thing is not easy but luckily we found a place. After having to go through this a couple of times and not seeing the line move for almost three hours we had had enough of this unpleasant experience. I demand a full refund for my four tickets which I ironically received today in the mail!...

I would never go back here again. Basically stole my money and I missed the entire show. My gf and I along with 2 other friends went here to see The Warning on Sept 16th. While at the show we got an emergency call. It was hard to hear inside and we seen a door where a worker was and we asked if we can go out to take a call. He said yes and stamped both of us. My gf said where do we come back in from, these same doors? He replied yes. When we stepped out there is a roped off section for smokers. There were a few out there smoking. I don’t smoke and my gf is almost 3 months pregnant so we stepped out of the roped area to take the call. 10 mins later we go to reenter and we were told immediately we could not come back in. We cursed and got visibly angry, understandably so. We not only paid for entry but also merchandise and concessions. The tour manager intervened and seen what happened and tried to get us back in and even he was told no and then they tried to say it was because we cursed. im sorry but ive been to many concerts that do not permit reentry and dont let you out, PERIOD. The guy manning the door could have been a little more transparent and informative when letting us out. If you stamp us for reentry then dont tell me you dont allow reentry. I dont care if I went beyond the smokers section, we dont smoke and my gf is pregnant, another thing we told them and they weren't having it. I dont regret a thing I said in anger. I dont apologize for cursing. I had an emergency call that was NOT GOOD and it only made matters worse the way the staff handled themselves. Very unprofessional and not forthcoming. If someone spends money on a concert. Spends money on concessions and merch, only to be turned away mid main act on a technicality, anyone would have gotten angry like we did. Whats even crazy is one of the workers tells me he seen my every move. He seen me go under the roped off area and yet couldnt understand my gf and I were on a call and was right in the same vicinity??? If you can see that you can see we didnt do anything illegal or threatening. I will NEVER recommend this venue. Ruined our night and put stress on my expecting...

Absolutely loved this venue. Went to the Show Me The Body concert held here last night and the place did more than impress. Very relaxed but reasonably strict security (they kicked out the guy that made this flame, reasonably so but also still super badass). Concert put on was fantastic and they hall was great for it, so was the Mosh

The Venue was super well prepared and extremely well kept and organized. Clean very nice bathrooms (very rare at lots of small venues), great 21+ bar area and lots of tables and places to sit when you need a break from the action. Great outside accommodation for the same reason/smokers too.

It seems super dumb but what really went above any other similar concert venue was their offering of pierogis and Kielbasa and polish food in general. I normally refuse to pull money out of atm's with surcharges, here they have two atm's and theyre sc is $3, but it was so worth it to try their pierogis and saurkraut. The sweet old lady behind the counter was super accommodating and friendly and the food was so tasty, felt like a home cooked meal that finished off the night for me and was more than happy to pay for $8 for a plate full and another cheap $2 for water (which btw security lets you bring a bottle in that you can fill with water), and then tip some money.

Being my first concert again since COVID began, Warsaw did NOT disappoint! Per NY law they will check for vaccination and ID, which is more than fine. how everything was put on really hit the spot for my first concert back in action and I'll never forget the night! The next chance I have I'll gladly return to Warsaw, such an...

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always a good flippin time. Saw weezer here a few years ago with my friend Jackie who loves weezer so much that she decided to be born as a half Japanese girl. We also saw foxing together another year. I also think that one time, I went there with my friend Michael who had no idea what music was outside of spice girls and Eiffel 65 but he very much enjoyed the movielife. He did not care for the early November because their bassist kept trying to hump his bass the whole time and it was unnerving. Man, I love the movielife. My most recent time at Warsaw is CAP’N JAZZ and that my friends is a grand old time! Kinsella brothers are always a great time. The sound and the space is great. If you want a no-nonsense venue, you come to Warsaw. You come to Warsaw NOW! Przyjdź odwiedzić!!!!!!!!

Great sound, great service, it's an institution with a storied history! Maybe they need more bathrooms? Oh, and exciting after the show was a cluster f. I followed the exit signs with everyone else, but it led to the match table, with the exits to the outside closed off! I couldn't figure out why the people couldn't exit that way, and none of the staff was announcing which direction the exit was. They used those doors when the show was getting ready to start... I watched hundreds of confused people turning around after waiting in a slow queue, to where they thought they could leave. Standing in line just to find out upon arriving; you needed to stand in another slow line that led completely opposite of where you were. But seriously this place is historic to me and I love it.
