Kennedy Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Doing this on my private account but thinking of making a public statement, I’ve been ordering here since 2019 here and there, I tend to call ahead of time then pick up my food when off to work, 2 nights ago though? I order my food 20 minutes ahead of time, I get there and it’s ready, but this time they decide to not give me my food because they’re taking, making and giving other people their order, after 15 minutes I leave then they call me 30 minutes later as if I’m going to want cold food.

I didn’t think much of it, it’s fine I’ve ordered here for a long time before I used to even make public reviews so I stayed loyal to this place, today though? They didn’t even want to take my order through the phone because it seems like only THEIR time matters and mines doesn’t. “We’ll make it when you get here...

I have ordered from here a lot because they deliver. I liked the chicken when it's cooked fresh and they are the only one that serves potato salad which is pretty good. I have only had one time where they messed up my order but they are usually pretty good and usually delivers within 20 minutes. I also like their fried whiting fish.
